If you hope to be at the forefront of this revolution, then the author believes you will have to have a strong knowledge of machine learning mathematics. If you are in software development the author also believes knowing machine learning mathematics will give you that competitive edge you will need to develop some innovative technology like Alexa or Siri were in their era. I found this is be an interesting read full of great info.

This one is a shorter read but not one I would consider an easy read. It was easy enough to follow along with, but I would recommend some kind of technological background at least with beginning this one. Although it is said to be the third book in a 3 part selection, I felt like it read well as a stand-alone and it provided a lot of beneficial information for readers who are interested in deepening their technological knowledge.

I'm giving this 4 stars because I think some of it went over my head, BUT, for someone who knows more about the topic of machine learning, this would be a good fit. It explains a lot of the different types of machine learning and algorithms. I did find this interesting and it is well written.

Using mathematical formulas and statistical tools. A fascinating read for those who want to start in this aspect of today.

Study data science, statistics and algorithms, all right here! It’s quite fascinating diving into that end. It’s so much more than a few simple equations. It really expands beyond that!!

Good job from the author in exemplifying an apparently complex theme using easy-to-reach examples like the one of playing golf.Interesting book, mixing technical explanation, historical background from the discovered innovations, and charts&illustrations for better understanding.

Verstehe nicht wie die hohe Anzahl sehr positiver Bewertungen dieses Buches entstehen können. Abgesehen von der schönen Einbandgestaltung ist das ein mit großer Schrift auf 185 Seiten aufgeblasenes Skript. Hände weg!
