Works like clarifying shampoo
Love the conditioner but disliked the shampoo. The shampoo smells very nice,but leaves my hair very tangled and unmanageable. My hair feels dry and brittle, like when I use clarifying shampoo. Didn't like it at all.

Received a sticky envelope and less product
I am very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product but I opened the package today and it was all sticky and a bunch of the product had spilled within the package. It was quite expensive and I’ve had this product before from a salon so I know I would like it otherwise.
