I’m very impressed with the product and the customer service. I received the filters and the mailing label had just been stuck on the package. I thought that was weird and not very sanitary, but I needed them and the filters themselves seemed great so I started using them. The company contacted me when they realized how the product had been shipped and they told me they were sending me a new set of filters. It is not often that a company tries to remedy problems when a customer has not complained! The filters are thick, big (I was worried they weren’t going to fit my mask, but they did) and good quality. I will absolutely buy them again from this seller.

Fast shipping! Arrived on time, product was as described with 5 layers in the filters. Packaged nicely, this pack of 50 filters was packed as 10 packs with 5 filters per pack in a cellophane bag. At the time of purchase, pricing was more reasonable than other sellers. Only gave 4 stars since there was a significant price drop after several weeks but the flip side is a longer shipping time.

I just got my order in and initial review is that i am pleased with the overall design and thickness of these filters. They will fit in my masks and even my toddlers mask. Did not give 5stars because we haven't actually used them yet to rate how they work when out and about.

Items are as described and arrived in reasonable of time. We are wearing masks any time we enter a building or pull up to a drive through. No illness in the household yet, so they are working well for us.

Very good quality and amount

I took a chance purchasing these filters before there were any reviews. I'm so glad I did. The quality is fantastic and the price is still reasonable. Now that experts are going back and forth on whether COVID-19 is spread through droplets or aerosol, I'm glad I over prepared with filters. I just bought some more for my mom to use.

The filters arrived much earlier than expected. They exactly as the description says, but were a little smaller than expected. I put two filters into my reusable mask.

Came well packaged. Packed in 5 filters separately. Shipping came earlier than expected but the quality is not good. The filter is very thin and when i cut open one to check if it’s really 5 layers as claimed, it is NOT! Only 3 layers. The seller lied.

It doesn’t come in the nice package as shown in the description.To me it’s deceptive. I only ordered this thinking that its wouldn’t be one if those generic filters flooding the market.
