I decided to take the plunge and purchase a compatible, rather than an original, printer cartridge, given how much cheaper this product was than an original cartridge.Unfortunately, this cartridge was totally useless. To start with, the installation instructions did not match the cartridge I had received, so it was difficult to work out exactly what needed to be removed from the supplied cartridge before installing.Installation was ok, and the cartridge was recognised by the printer software as a genuine cartridge, but when I started printing, the pages were totally covered with black ink, making the text unreadable. I printed quite a few pages, and got the same results every time, before giving up.I use a M2022W printer.
