Very Good Quality of Vitamin C
We use this in a dietary mixture, so it's acidic flavor isn't that noticeable. Sometimes the mix with wheat germ, lecithin, vitamin C, and an oil, is mixed with fruit, which makes it easy to not affect or have a noticeable flavor impact. As a powder, it easily blends in with other solids or can be dissolved in liquid.
