This filter is a simple filter. There is not much to say. It works well, is easy to clean, it looks great, and it will last a lifetime. No trees have to die for this filter to work, unlike paper filters.

Okay this was a game changer! Bought this due to not wanting to buy more filters on a regular basis and white bleached filters have chemicals and change the taste of coffee. Coffee taste so much better because the oils and flavor in the coffee stays in the coffee when brewed and not in the paper filter. Ditch the paper filters and buy this!!! Easy to clean and the quality of it is nice.!! I think some of the reviews of it feeling cheap may be due that it is thin metal, which is necessary for its purpose! I would not recommend putting it in the dishwasher washer, Just rinsing out the grounds will do just fine!! One caution would be to watch the type of grind and amount of grounds you use as it does not go to the very top like paper filters and grounds can end up in your pot! This MAY NOT happen with ALL coffee makers! I use it in a Bunn coffee maker so it brews faster with more water flow than a standard coffee maker. Overall would recommend!!!

This is the best filter I've ever used for my coffee and I've been drinking coffee for a very long time. I'm tired of paper filters and I've gone through 3 of the gold mesh and plastic filter baskets. I actually bought a second one of these because of my own error in banging it too hard against the side of the trash can and the top rim came loose. No fault on the manufacturer. That was me. This filter basket is rugged, it cleans easily, runs through the dishwasher, comes out with no coffee stains, and has no effect on the flavor of the coffee. If you want the perfect pot of coffee every morning, use this.

I would give this a 5 rating if not for the handle. Instead of the ends of the handle poking through tiny holes like the handle on a bucket, there are only detents. The handle has a friction fit in the tiny recess. Several times I have accidentally pulled the handle out while emptying the basket or washing it. Other than that it works well and is not difficult to clean.

Fits perfectly and works awesomely. I'm actually kind of surprised because I took a chance and wasn't sure if I was wasting my money on a gimmick. I assure you, this thing is better than paper filters by a long shot.

I got this to strain my homemade yogurt. Works well for a small batch, fits perfectly inside a plastic takeout container. Gravity draining gave me a really thick yogurt in a day or so but I am going to experiment with adding a weight to see if I can get more whey out. I put about 2 cups in, got about 1 cup out so it's not great if you eat a lot of yogurt but it's compact, durable, and easy to clean. I make a lot of small batches of several different mesophilic yogurts so this is good for my purposes.

I like this product. No more filters in the landfills. Easily washable by hand, just rinse.

It is delicate and requires extra cleaning to get the coffee grounds out. I use a brush with bristles to scrub inside and under the bottom. Then I test it to see if the water flows out in one stream. If the coffee grounds are still stuck in the little holes, the water pours out in the outer holes. That’s a problem when when making coffee. The filter can get clogged up and the coffee run all over.

We went through a few filters to get to this one, but it's the winner. Don't buy plastic filters with screens, This full metal piece is everything it promises to be. Easy to clean, holes don't block up. WONT MELT like some plastic filters. and saves paper. No distortion of flavor at all. Love it. Had it awhile now and still going strong.You want this one.

Item was shipped quickly and arrived quickly; well packaged and in perfect condition. I am impressed with the quality of this filter. I hesitated because of the price but the speed of receipt and how well it works makes it worth the price that was paid. We can say goodbye to the paper filters.

Nice looking but drains to slow you will either puncture more holes or make them bigger or go back to paper.

Not as big as they said it would be. Ergo it leaks coffee grounds a lot.
