Perfect replacement for mobile home window that was this size. The old one was a crank out window. This one is a better slide open window and fit perfectly in the same space. Love it

This fit perfectly in to our 1989 Mobile Home bathroom crank window. The crank mechanism was broken and I couldn't find one so I thought make it right and functional. I was worried it wouldn't fit but it was like putting on a new glove. It was very good value for the money and took all of 30 minutes to remove and replace. Put a nice bead of flashing sealer for extra bond on the hot Florida summer ⛱️. Definitely recommend buy!

This product is well made. I originally thought it would be too small and I would have to build a frame around it, but it turns out it was perfect size, and I kept the old frame from the old window, which saved a lot of work.

Buyer be AWARE - This window was a perfect fit dimension wise for our mobile home crank out bathroom window. I removed the old window and installed and sealed this slider window to the house. It seemed to be GREAT! ... when I went to finish the inside area (I have 6" walls, so needed to trim the interior portion) I noticed that there was daylight visible at the corners of the window. After further inspection I came to realize that the exterior frame portions (verticals & horizontal) were NOT sealed together where they meet. So the window frame is NOT a "Sealed" window frame. I used silicon to seal the seams where the vertical and horizontal frame portions around the glass meet. Word to the wise, it's easier to do this if you do it before you actually mount the window. Seal the seams for the exterior frame around the glass then mount and seal the exterior frame to your house. The window works great and is a great fit, you just need to realize that the frame isn't sealed completely which will allow air and water. Easy fix with silicone. Sorry but I didn't take pictures before I completed the repair. I recommend the window (there's not many choices out there for this particular size 8"x36"), just be prepared to seal the window up so you don't get water damage to your walls at a later date.

Perfect fit, didn’t even need to replace a trim on the outside, this has the trim already. It was the perfect fit just the right price.! All pieces were in the box, slides, great, again it wasn’t easy install a great product
