I was very upset over this. The screw wouldn’t go back on and it broke. 😞😞😞. I could not send it back cause my brothers ashes are in it.

I ordered this piece so that I could put my dogs ashes in it to go on a keychain that I had made for my other dog.My only complaint is that I didn’t know that I needed to specify that I wanted the font in italics (which is how the font was displayed on the pictures of the item). I assumed that there weren’t other options so I didn’t specify that anywhere and was a little disappointed that it came in a regular font versus the italic font which would have looked better in my opinion. It’s possible that it was stated somewhere on the item listing but I didn’t see it so hopefully other people will see this and know that for future orders. If it were my listing, I would make sure to include a section where customers could choose their font to ensure that they were 100% satisfied with their purchase.Other than that, I couldn’t be happier with this piece. It even came with a convenient little funnel which makes things sooo much easier when it comes to transferring ashes. Can’t l wait to add this to my keychain!It turned out beautiful and I can’t wait to add this to my keychain!

I ordered 5 so far...plan on a few more. The pics I shared truly don't do them justice. They are sturdy, the chain is very sturdy (I was shocked how good the chain is I honestly had planned on having to buy chains once they arrived I was very wrong chains and entire necklace is very sturdy even a little heavy but 100% perfect for what I was seeking. They hold a fair amount of ashes but not as much as it may seem when u 1st see necklace. They got all the pics right and every letter engraved right & mine used every available space & all abbreviations and they got it perfect. Also arrived very quickly. Plus the price is unbeatable! I only take mine off if I go in water don't have to just my preference. LOVE THEM!! Will order more items in future for sure!!

It's always painful to lose a loved one, whether furbaby or human. After the recent passing of my Tiny Cat I knew I wanted a way to keep her close to my heart. This memorial necklace turned out to be the perfect way. I love how it's an actual picture of her covered with a resin bevel, rather than a grainy etched copy. The engraving on the reverse looks elegant and sweet.I have not yet added any of her ashes as I'm just not ready to face that part. However, I've examined the small funnel and it appears there shouldn't be any problem once I get to the point where I can handle it. The only issue I have at all with this purchase was that there are no instructions included for how to add the ashes. Luckily my daughter received a memorial necklace from her stepmother about a year ago that has instructions so I'll refer to that when the time comes. Overall I am delighted with my necklace.

I have purchased 3 of Fanery Sue's products, one for each of my grandparents and now one for my father. This time I purchased one with a photo front because my father passed 11 months before my wedding day and I wanted this necklace to wrap around my bouquet so he could still be with me as I walk down the Isle. The first time I purchased this necklace the crop did not match what I had set upon ordering. I contacted Fanery Sue to see what could be done for me, expecting the worst, that I may have to order it and pay again. But that was not the case at all! I was humbled by how kind and helpful my response was and not only did they work with me to make sure the crop was to my liking and send out a new one free of charge, when usps lost the package before it could reach me Fanery Sue sent a new one right away again and double checked my satisfaction! It just arrived in my mail yesterday afternoon and I couldn't be more thrilled! My Dad meant so much to me and I wanted this picture because he was wearing a party hat that said #1 Dad. Having that show was important to me and Fanery Sue was very sympathetic to my feelings when it came to the crop. I lost my mother a few months ago. I wanted something special to put her ashes in to have them with me all the time. This was it, it is beautifully made, personalized as I requested, and came even sooner then expected. The chain is a perfect length and the photograph came out even better than expected. I must say with a company that takes the time to create something with dignity and respect for a deceased love one, I applaud you. My thanks so much for allowing me to keep my mother literally so close to my heart. I am so very grateful and thankful for this purchase.

I was concerned getting something custom on the Internet, but I’m glad I did. This turned out better then the listing showed. It has a solid glass cover over and actual picture , not etched, but full bright color. It’s heavy. I suggest to put a little superglue when putting the closer back after adding ashes, if it comes apart there you will loose the whole thing. While I don’t want to purchase another one any times soon, I’m hoping this company is around if I ever need another. Also, came in weeks before promised.

The chain/necklace is quite sturdy and thick. Which was very nice, it feels secure while wearing it. The heart itself is quite thick and has a noticeable weight to it. So it may move around on you through out the day. The resin protective covering is nice and thick as well, keeping the picture safe from harm. The picture quality itself is wonderful as well, very bright and appears enlarged a tad thanks to the resin. Great product for the price.Definitely recommend this keepsake to remember/honor a lost loved one.
