Philadelphia CandiesMilk Chocolate Covered OREO Cookies, Winter Snowman 8 Ounce

I have always been a peppermint girl. Since my girlscout days thin mints were my favorite; then they took the mint filling out and flavored the chocolate coating and/or cookie. Not the same. I found oreo mint cookies covered in chocolate. They were really good, but expensive, so I only splurged occasionally. Then those were not available any more. Luckily I found Philadelphia Candies on Amazon. I have wanted them for awhile but held off because these are also spendy. Well, I took the plunge and they are worth every penny. They come in this gold box and when you open it, these cookies are beautiful. The chocolate coasting has been done nicely and it is thick enough to feel like candy. The peppermint filing is creamy and thick, with a good amount of peppermint flavor. I would prefer the peppermint a little stronger. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again.

If you have trouble biting through thick chocolate, you're going to have a tough time with this one. Granted, they are delicious.Don't freeze them, unless you plan on defrosting them before eating them. There is a thick top layer of chocolate.

We added these to a mother's day gift for a tasty twist and she loved them! It was a small package but the thought was big, hubby actually got to try one and he agreed they were yummy. Glad we ordered these in addition to her mother's day gift package, they were a big hit.

These are pretty cookies, and with heft. Thick chocolate coating, white filler, chocolate biscuits, decoration... They were reasonably tasty too. But I think they were old by the time I got them. If there's a way to know before you buy when they were made and their "best by" day that would be ideal.

You can get any better unless you good to a local shop that is a professional chocolatier. For Amazon this is it.

If you just want something eye-catching for a bridal shower, these are perfect. They’re so cute and the seller definitely takes extra care in packaging them to protect them from heat/elements and damage. A+++ with shipping. The flavor, however, is not worth the price. I could tell that the kiddos at the party were excited to try them but weren’t that impressed once they had one. I think the decorative icing was too hard for their little teeth (mine too, if I’m being honest). They do have some without decoration but even those weren’t mind-blowing.

not worth the money !!

I was happy with this treat. At first $25 for 8 cookies seems like a lot, but they go a long way. Each cookie is a full dessert by itself - they're very filling. They're also really good at completely satisfying any chocolate craving you may have.The Oreos stay nice and crunchy too.

I was browsing Amazon.ca for something else, when I saw this product pop up. Hmm, I said, its worth a try. On a whim, I ordered them, and they arrived two days later. Within fifteen minutes five people had consumed the box and wanted more. Super-yummy - well worth the price.

These were delicious. I really enjoyed these cookies but they were a little pricey for the volume. so I am giving them a 5 stars for taste only.
