Yogalo Premium Cork Yoga Blocks

Yoga blocks are a wonderful aid to any level yoga student. As an experienced beginning, I love that these blocks let me try poses I would normally not be able to attempt. Or, especially in poses like triangle, they let me have better form. When I’m not struggling to reach the floor, I can focus on my alignment and proper position. So, where some see blocks as a crutch, I see them as enabling me to get more out of each class.Especially compared to other yoga blocks that I have tried, these cork blocks are really interesting, and totally different from any that I have used before. I love that these blocks are made out of an eco-friendly material, cork. Unlike other blocks I have tried, these are very solid and support my weight without slipping or denting. I really like that. Even when I am slippery with sweat, I have no problem getting a good grip on these blocks. The edges are rounded, so they are very comfortable to grip from any angle.Of course, there is a trade off with the material – these blocks are much heavier than other yoga blocks that I have tried, and they have a very earthy scent to them. I don’t mind the extra weight in my yoga bag. I will gladly trade the few extra ounces of weight for greater stability in my poses. But, the earthy scent of the cork can be a little distracting. I’ve been storing them in my garage to see if they will lose the smell. So far, it’s better but not completely gone. I will give them a few more weeks in the garage to see if it gets better. In between, I will keep using them for classes, since I do appreciate the extra support and grip. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my fair and honest review.

loving my new yoga blocks. went for the cork option as they're more ecological than foam and to my positive surprise they're also sturdier, have better grip and they stay in place during poses. a bit heavier than my foam blocks so i still take the foam ones with me when i travel but they're great for my regular practice.

Just received my set of 2 yogalo cork yoga blocks. Really good quality, nice texture which has a nice anti-grip feel to it. They're not as light as the foam blocks but this is really good for stability as the product stays in place and feels solid under my weight. In addition, really happy that they're eco-friendly material.

These are the best yoga blocks for support. I like the cork material which is firm and solid like wood, but without hard edges and not slippery on a wood floor. It has a perfect density and weight to achieve confidence in yoga poses with comfort and stability. Best value in a best quality. Highly recommended!

These are exceptional yoga blocks. They are the perfect weight and have a nice grip to them (i.e. they don't slip around in your hands). These blocks are rugged, and they have become an essential part of my practice.

I just got these a few days ago and I love them already. They are a wonderful upgrade from the flimsy foam blocks I used to have. Nice and sturdy, smooth comfortable material. I look forward to advancing my practice with these

My main concern was that the blocks be eco friendly as well as functional. These are really beautiful to look at and nice quality. I look forward to getting years of use out of them.

I really love these blocks. I'm so out of practice, out of shape, and have balance issues- these blocks really help me achieve poses that otherwise I couldn't do. So many uses!!
