All about the flavor!!!
The flavors are all there. I rubbed some on a leg of lamb for Easter, let it marinate overnight, smoked it for 4 hours in my Pit Barrel smoker took it to a friends house for Easter .., only scraps were left within 15 minutes!!! YA MAN!!!

Love This Jerk
The best Jerk Seasoning that I have ever used

excellent authentic jerk spice
easy to include in marinades of any kind. It's a 'goopy' textured paste so i mix it with a little orange juice and olive oil and marinate chicken in it. I think the uses are endless as it just seems to add the jerk taste and heat. It is nott sweet or salty.

Good, yes! Great? It depends
The flavor of this product is very good, and authentic. It has MUCH less salt than Walkerwood and Grace Hot marinades, but also less heat. I would say this has a very balanced heat profile, but might disappoint spice enthusiasts. The only problem is that this jar is tiny. For the price point, you are better off with the other brands. I prefer to mix 1 tsp of Walkerwood HOT with 2 tsp of Grace MILD to get a nice balance of flavor and spice. I would use this brand again if it was more affordable, but it's a perfect size for a small gift

Great change of flavor when I really want to spice things up!
I love Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub, especially when grilling salmon! It's just really good and always ready to spice things up!

Tasted a Bit Odd
This jar of Jerk sauce used to be good. Maybe I got a jar that was spoiled but it tasted odd. Will not purchase this again.

Best Jerk EVER!
Have used this with every part of chicken as well as a whole spatchcocked Cornish hen. LOTS of flavor and perfect heat! I won’t buy any other brand.
