Mugnai di Napoli - Italian Premium Plain Flour Type "00" ( 1 x 2kg)

Fed up with not being able to find certain ingredients in super markets and corner shops etc, I decided to order plain flour. I’ve been making pizza from scratch, pancakes and other food that require plan flour.I used this flour for pakoras. I used gram flour too but I had to use a little plain flour. I also used this flour for the sauce used in chicken katsu curry.The flour is really good. Was sealed well in the bag and wasn’t all that expensive. I recommend it.

Superior flour. Feels like silk and makes great pizza. Bought twice now .

Great product, have managed to make 6 calzone, 1 pizza, 12 hot dog rolls and have enough left to make another pizza. Would definitely buy this again, if a little cheaper, unfortunately I think the price is a little expensive but at this time it's the only flour I can find unless I want to buy 16kg! The bag seals well and prevents spills.

Made the most amazing pizza dough with this flour. I also made pasta which turned out great. It's very very fine flour so is perfect for making smooth silky pasta and pizza dough

This flour is good stuff, I highly recommend it.It was a fairly quick delivery and I like the fact its a re-sealable bag.I definitely will check out more of prestigious food and wine

Did the first pizza cook up with this flour yesterday and worked a dream. Packaging is great too with resealable top. Will help keep flour from getting everywhere in the cupboard!

Good flour and fairly quick delivery - would have been 5 apart from the cost when you include the postage as well .
