Q: What is the Item (Max & Min) assembled height? how high how low the keyboard can be?

Lowest height 27 inches. tallest 39. at tallest setting there is 9 inches between supports. lowest setting is 30 inches between supports.

Q: how to put it together?

The picture says it all... just screw the leg pieces to the suports. Remember the longer sections (should be 4 of them, they're the ones with the rubber on them or w/e) the longer 2 are the ones that go on the floor and the short on the keyboard... then just look at the picture to figure out in what possision the locking (half moon with holes in it) goes. Oh yeah and the 2 supports or, longest pieces, (there's 4 of them) Go like, inside the wider 2... you know if you did it right if you pull out the locking knob and pull the two sides together and it gets taller+closer together... plus if it is able to fold flat.. like it's designed to! *drops mic* I'm out.

Q: Was I suppose to receive the screws with the packaging??? The directions for assembly are horrible! Do I have to go out to purchase the 4 screws for the base? Please advise?

The screws did not come with the one I ordered. They are not inside the holes. I am also missing directions for assembly.

Q: Does this stand fit Yamaha P-45 88 keys keyboard? how does the circular locking work?

I have the p71 which is basically the same as the p45. It works fine. The top is wider than the keyboard but there are some rubber grips that slide. You just put the grips where you want the keyboard to sit so it doesn't slide.
