I have bad discs and chronic back pain and this girdle is a godsend. I've bought these before at a local specialty store for twice the price so Amazon saves me big bucks. Also here are a few tips from a long time wearer. Buy large and very carefully remove the stays from the garment. Still does the same job only more comfortable. The garment will stretch eventually so you do want a little tight. I was a 7X and after losing 60 lbs that put me at 190 I still wear a 6X.These girdles are worth buying, I've worn my original ones for almost 6 years and they've just started to fall apart in the last year. This is everyday all day wear for 2 girdles. I didn't think I would be able to afford more until it occurred to me to look on Amazon.They support my back wonderfully and make it so I can walk around at my job during the day without much pain. If you find the stays uncomfortable just take them out. I know what I'm talking about.

Holy cow these are made small. I know you're supposed to normally order one size up with most shapewear, but you will need to order 3 sizes up.I wear a medium normally; so I ordered a large.It was sooooooo constricting and not at all flattering.Then I ordered an XL; still not right. XXL seemed to do the trick.Order much larger.Other than that; they do definitely stay up. There's no worries about the dreaded "roll down."Very comfortable once you find your size.The patterned lace is also so pretty. Perfect bridal wear.My only other complaint is that there is no way to go to the bathroom without having to completely remove it.I ended up cutting a hole in mine.

I have a slight "muffin" top that I am slowly reducing however; in the meantime to make me feel more confident in tight fitting clothes I decided to go with some serious shapewear. Have no doubt is you purchase to help reduce your profile then it will fit very tight with not much room for movement. So, if you like this sensation as well as looking great buy these. I wear these almost daily and most of the time with stockings as they come with removable suspenders. The only downside is the closed crotch, meaning you have to remove them at a restroom stop. This can be inconvenient and a little struggle but the way they make me look and feel, its well worth it. Plus they look sexy in a classic sort of way.

The material used to make this product is of superior quality. It really keeps your tummy down. However, it is very difficult to put on and take off when having to use the washroom. Another downside, it rolls down and doesn't stay in place no matter how much you try to pull it up and keep it up. Otherwise, I would have bought a dozen.

Fabric is way too course. It was not comfortable at all. I was disappointed and returned it. Sizing was also very confusing.
