The product shipped by Amazon works fine in a thermal printer with a ribbon. I see a number of negative reviews because the labels print "blank". I had the same problem with an order of these labels that came from ProTEK instead of Amazon. That label was glossy and not heat activated therefore produced "blank" copies. If you get the version from Amazon they should work fine. By the way the product descriptions are identical for both the ProTEK and Amazon listings. You need to check out the "Ships from and sold by" line under the product cost to see where it is coming from.

These are thermal transfer labels. They will not work with thermal direct printers, but if you have a thermal transfer printer that uses the ribbons these are great. just as good as the name brand we were using and about half the price. well worth the money saved and i will be ordering again

We use these for our customer shipping labels. Work well in our zebra labelers and cost a lot less than the zebra brand. We've been using them for over 3 years now, no issues at all.

This is a great quality product. It's a "Thermal Transfer Label" so you would need to use a Wax ribbon to print on it. The Premium Resin Enhanced wax ribbons that I use adheres nicely to this label.

Labels were not packed well and there was no indication of date of manufacturer. Labels typically have a year shelf life.

Do not buy. Defective thermal labels and will print out blank. Tried few different rolls but same exact results, printed blank page. The printer works fine. Switch to a different thermal label from another brand and it was printed perfectly fine.

No issues at all, printed fine.
