Works as advertised
A good thing to move heavy items around the house. Really makes it easy to do it alone.

Must have for moving full sized stacked washer and dryers!
These work amazing on our full sized stacked washer and dryer located in a ridiculous little cubby. I use these to move the stacked units and access the dryer vent for routine cleaning. It is easier to use these with a helper, but I can also do it by myself if necessary. Would definitely recommend!

Works just like I thought!
Absolutely love it. I've been wanting one of these for two years but didn't want to spend the money. Finally decided I'm tired of being afraid of customers refrigerators messing up the brand new floor I just installed. This is a game changer!! Thank you Roberts for making this affordable while other companies Money Grab!!

As a jack fantastic and definitely 800 LB rated. The plastic slides however became useless.
Unbelievable how well this worked on my 750 LB built in refrigerator. I didn’t even empty the food out. It certainly lived up to that 800 LB load rating. I used this more as a jack then a slider.Even though it came with slide plates, I did not use them for one reason, they will stay behind if you slide the refrigerator while on them (both sides are slick). I got some foam padded slides for this (foam side up so wheels and leveling feet get locked into the foam pad while slick plastic down scooted across the floor). Definitely an upgrade for the Mfg. if they so read this.

be careful.
Take heed of the negative comments. This is too expensive not to.Returns are only accepted within 30 days (so make sure to use it right away) and if you have any problem after that time frame, only able to return if it has never been opened or used (makes no sense).Much like other reviewers, good in theory. But way too expensive to pay for an item with very questionable return policy and zero customer service. Much like other reviewers, this is the worst purchase I have ever made on amazon.

This thing works great.
This thing works great.I had to install a Subzero Refrigerator (700 lbs) in a location where I had to approach from the side on top of a prefinished hardwood floor. I made my own adapters to work under a subzero and when I turned this thing on the Refrigerator raised up a bit and then glided into place. I have since used it on other appliances and bookcases. It worked perfectly in all instances. Worth every dime to avoid scratching gouging and otherwise damaging expensive flooring.

Overall a very good product at a good price.
Works really well and very similar to the popular American brand down to the type of motor used for the blower. The cord is a little short but you're probably going to need an extension cord anyways if you're going to be moving heavy equipment with it. The load is a little unstable (tipsy) so you have to stabilize the load with your hands. Only tested once.

Awesome ... but way over-priced
I searched high and low for an easy way to move a heavy refrigerator and range across newly installed porcelain tile without marking or cracking it. I have a 2 wheel dolly ... too much weight concentrated in two areas (wheel contact areas) and a risk of dropping the heavy refrigerator while putting it in place (front and one side access only at install location). I have the furniture mover round plastic disks (moved a heavy piano once with those on carpet with 4 people), but that would be tough to get them out once at the installed location and getting them onto the tile (over the tile edge lip), was worried about marking the surface and the force to move the heavy refrigerator. Lifting straps (two person lift) would not work - install location had only front and one side access, plus with the refrigerator (largest residential Samsung 400+ Lbs) being so heavy, I would have had to hire someone to move it. I saw this. Hunted and hunted for a place to rent one. No dice.I took the financial plunge and bought it. Works pretty much as advertised. For the 400+Lb refrigerator, it took both hands and some effort to move it still. I needed help only because it the big heavy frig was a little awkward to turn while also holding the blower. Not a major amount of effort was needed though. I thought this product was fantastic, but a little too pricey. It did the job as advertised. I would not advise using this for carpeting though. The vinyl strips they supply are a little short for shuffling them in front of each other while the lift is active. If you buy it for that, invest in some of that hardboard/fiberboard from your home improvement store, set that on the carpet, then move your heavy furniture on top of the hardboard. Guys ... if you cut the hardboard correctly, you can then use it for the top of your bench afterwards. The bag carrying case is REAL flimsy and does not hold shape. I had to box the blower back up into it's shipping box and put that in the bag (as how it was shipped) and then the flimsy carrying bag could hold it's desired boxy shape. The shipping box was tore in two places, but the product was not damaged - no packing material inside of the product shipping box. Great, great product (and so cool to show people) but I wish it was about half the $399 price I paid. Looking to rent it out to friends to make back some of that money. Once I get hardwood floors in my dining room, this will also come in real handy for moving heavy furniture across the wood floor. The product appears to be made out of good durable materials, but time will tell. This is wordy, but hopefully you get something out of this review for the "Cadillac" of furniture mover devices. [Thumbs up!]
