Sting Pad Pro Hand Protector Fits Left or Right Hand for Baseball, Softball, or Hockey

I’ve been suffering with arthritis-like pain in my left palm, likely from playing golf 3 times per week. I went in search of something to put inside my golf glove to reduce the vibration and resulting irritation, swelling and pain of my finger tendons in the palm area. I found this item and figured I’d give it a try. It fits nicely inside my golf glove and stays put throughout the round giving me the comfort and protection I sought. This has added new life to my golf game. And amazingly it had the unintended consequence of forcing me to hold the club handle in my fingers more than my palm which is proper technique resulting in better strikes. Could not be happier with this product. They need to get an endorsement from a golf pro who, hopefully, agrees with my assessment. Could open an entirely new market!

I have Dupuytrens and a nodule. This little guy covers it when I’m lifting weights. Where it inside my gloves and it makes it super easy and protects me from aggravating the condition. Highly recommend for folks with hand issues in the palm that can be covered.

I recently badly bruised the padding of my palm catching a fire ball pitcher and needed some additional protection before I could go back out and catch. I found this product to be great because unlike other sting pads that sit in the glove, this one will loop over your finger and keep the pad in place better. That said, its not great as the pad still moves around a bit and after each batter you may have to adjust it back into position. Overall, I found this to be helpful in that it kept me in the game.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is a catcher. She had difficulty keeping it in place and it seemed too thick for her glove to get over. We were disappointed.

I haven't used it yet. But tried it on and I think it'll take the impact of shooting off. This one covers a good area between my thumb & finger. Just where it gets sore.I'll probably wear a cotton glove over it to keep it in place. Maybe one could just wrap ace around to keep it in place, of you don't have a light glove. Or just adjust every time you hold your pistol.

I have an old, broken-in softball mitt that I'm not ready to get rid of. This product really works! I no longer have any bruises after playing softball and no stinging. It does take a little to get used to putting it on and wearing it under the mitt, but it did not affect my ability to catch. You may have to try with your index finger and middle finger and see which one works best for you. I wish I had ordered this years ago!

I just had hand surgery and there is nothing on the market that can prevent your incision and offer you protection and comfort. Taping rolled up gauze was bulky and was restricting blood flow. I thought my last hope was a gel mastectomy pad given to me by our local medical supply shop. The woman had given it to me free, knowing what I was trying to do and thinking it would work. I wanted something that stayed in place, was not bulky and that I can operate a computer mouse and put my car into drive from park and vice verse. Well, this is the best thing since sliced bread for offering a decent area of protection, letting airflow without cutting off circulation. With the finger hole, you can align it in the right spot for you. It does not move. If I had to wear a DD gel mastectomy pad on my hand and it slipped out of my glovelk that would have offered some interesting conversation. I bought this because after a long day pounding nails for seismic blocking, which required many short little blows due to the limited space between joists, I found myself with really bad trigger finger for months and months. This is where a tendon in your hand becomes inflamed and sticks inside the tendon sheath, and your finger gets stuck in the retracted position. Any hammering or even something as simple as twisting a stuck knob would make it worse.I work a day a week at Habitat for Humanity and so I didn't want to have to sit on the sidelines.
