I found a method of hanging sweaters that involves folding in half and putting the hook between the arm and the body. In order to do so you need a wide hanger. This one is perfect! I love it!

my husband is big and tall. 6'9" with wide shoulders and these are perfect for some shirts and jackets, as well as matching pants. we have a few hundred of a plastic version that have been fantastic for many years. these are great for not leaving peaked shoulder marks in shirts that are 2xl-3xl. the price was great too. i like how thin these are but sturdy. some fabrics may not work as well, but having these will certainly allow you to fit more shirts in a closet and have them look great.

The hangers are large enough to hang plus size clothing on, without shoulder marks,& I love velvet.

Go these for my husband who is broad and athletic and all his suits and dress shirts were always wrinkled because regular hangers are not wide enough. These work great, they fill in the suit coats and shirts all the way to the shoulder, and their velvety finish makes sure they stay put. Highly recommended.

bought this item for my step-dad, he is retired military and has wide shoulders. And, let me tell you these hangers work perfectly to keep the shoulder square on the hanger. Love, Love....will be buying again.

I ordered these because I thought I would need them for my plus-size clothing but they are reeeeeaaalllly wide. I’ve since found this true regular size (much less expensive) with the velvet work just fine even for my widest necklines. We will use these for coats to keep them from falling. Very nice quality - just be sure you really need them to be this big!
