Great salt. It tastes well. I wouldn't recommend it for anything that needs really fine salt since it can sometimes not breakdown all the way to be incorporated but it's great for seasoning and DUY hydration drinks.

We add a pinch to a full glass of water each morning. This routine has worked for helping to stay hydrated throughout the day. The taste is not overwhelming and this salt seems to stay fresh.

This is very good. A little more coarse than I was use too, but I am use to it now. It tastes great, and I feel better knowing that I am eating something natural. Definitely worth a try.

Excellent salt! Great for cooking even better for its health benefits. This salt is full of essential minerals our bodies need every day. Regular salt does not provide these minerals. I use 1/8 tsp in 12oz glass of water in the morning. Read about the benefits and do this daily. You will be glad you did!

Quite cakey. And later read, this is one they have found heavy metals in. Do your research.

Awesome stuff great value for money I can feel the water hydration when I take some salt before drinking I feel it go throughout my whole body as it goes down. Amazing feeling! Use with distilled water for best results.
