Who Is God? And Can I Really Know Him?, Notebooking Journal

I purchased this spiral-bound notebook to go along with the book, "Who Is God? And Can I Really Know Him" that we use for my son's homeschool Bible curriculum. This is also an awesome family resource as well, that opens up great discussions and paves the way for additional learning opportunities. The notebook is absolutely incredible, offering many activities that go along with the book. I highly recommend this series because the writing style is captivating and easily explains concepts to children. The notebook allows children to cement the things they've learned to memory, in addition to becoming a keepsake for years to come.

Great study for middle school age kids, but we are doing it with our home schooled 4th grader. Well written, illustrated, and organized. We are doing this as a family, with my husband leading portions of it. The front of the book has lesson plans, so that you will know how much reading and what applications/activities to do with each "daily "section. Can be done each Sunday, every day, or as you can fit it in. Recommend getting the Student Workbook, although not necessary if you can talk through the lesson well with your child, and they are comfortable giving you some feedback and verbal answers.

We love (so far) this book. It's obvious the author worked hard at getting across deeper spiritual concepts for a younger audience. It seems to be doctrinally solid while holding interest for our girls (ages 13, 11, and 9). The workbook that goes with it is a big perk as well. Each chapter presents a spiritual truth and then illustrates and expands with a story, interesting facts, review questions, suggestions and ideas for putting the truth into practice, as well as scripture verses to memorize and reinforce the truths. So glad we've found this series!

Used as a summer Bible study for my middle schoolers. It's fabulous! When we homeschooled we used apologia science which was very fun as well.

Love this series. We homeschool and appreciate tools like this. Great for non homeschoolers also!

I have been looking at this series for a while and decided to take the plunge with this first volume. My son is 8.5 and I am confident that he will enjoy this study. The note booking journal is spiral bound (me and spiral binding don't often get along!) but it is high quality. I would buy it again!

My son absolutely adores this book. I like it too because its helped me weed through some of the issues that steered my away from my faith at a young age.
