Great Product
Halex is a good brand. Don't get fooled with the knock offs. Great product

These work great for flex armored BX cable.
I use them with the red cone insulators, but they can be used without them. These connectors make for really easy termination.

Difficult to open
Purchased this product expecting to receive the item shown in the picture displayed by Amazon. Not so…the package sent does not have a screw off lid. It comes with a locking lid mechanism that is nearly impossible to get open. The tab on the container reads tear, however this is not possible by hand. Wondering should I tear it off with a set of pliers? I called Amazon customer service and was told to cut the container open with a mat knife! They compensated me 20% of the item cost for the damaged container. There has to be a better way to resolve this! Perhaps the company that sells this item should rethink their packaging. Would have really appreciated the package having the screw off lid.

Work great
Work great! way better then plastic... Very good price too. Ace hardware is expensive Home Depot is a lot cheaper then ace but this beats them all ... if your doing a bunch of junction boxes and pot light ... 3 per j box and 2 per pot light is a good estimate for your project

Restricted internally
For some reason, the inside diameter is restricted which makes it very difficult to fit more than a single wire with casing thru the connector. I'm sure there is some purpose for it, but for me, all it does is make the connectors far less useful. You really cannot break it out, or it leaves sharp edges which will scrap the wire, possible nicking any that you have already stripped. For me, it just means I have to use one per wire.
