I read and followed the directions did the test went to the website there’s no registration for a short term test just a radon gas test and a long term test registration so you buy this but you’re unable to register it so it’s useless and a waste of money past the term to get a refund Zom this is such a con stay very far away from this product and the brand choose something else

Did not get results back at first. I did need to call the customer service number and leave a voicemail. She called me back same day and clarified what my email address was and sent it right away.

I wanted to get piece of mind before putting my house on the market, that my radon systems was still working. Pay attention to the instructions before you open the canister since you need to get it in the mail shortly after you close it. I was on the margin since I closed it on Sat night and Monday was a holiday. Once I got in the mail, it was a couple weeks before I had results. The cost is reasonable, but make sure you time everything accordingly.

Radon test for home sale was perfromed completely wrong by tester who also provides remediation. I am a chemist and recognized either fraud or incompetence. So, ordered this test whose instructions are exactly according to EPA guidlines. Used rush service. The test results came back by email from an identified lab person and their contact means. It showed a reasonable result rather than that of the poorly executed or even fraudulent test. I repeated the test with the second test device that came with the package exactly the same as the rush test. The results were the same.

No support from the company for the results. Followed all instructions, mailed it in, and still have not received results back, and it has been a month. Emailed customer service, and they have not responded with multiple requests for test results. A complete waste of money.
