Q: Are these knives made in USA or China?

Made in China, but you can occasionally find the USA-made Alan Folts' shopmade custom versions for around $150. They're also in a much better 154CM steel. However, it seems he hasn't made one in some time, and has largely focused on folders.

Q: Say I were want to carry is upside down from Pals/ Molle webbing, does anyone have a recommened way? Just 550 cord or small zipties?

it has 550 cord holes and fo-550 cord neck less, this is the best way to strap it on. Having said that do not carry it with the hilt down like it is designed. The knife will fall out quickly and you will either lose it or have it stab you depending on where you place it. The sheath is ok for casual civilian where but even then I've lost two of them, put it any environment like hunting or even worse deployment and it will be gone in a few moments.

I love it. I have it around my neck right now. I am 6'1" 300+ lbs. and feels great in my hand. It has a 2.1 in. bowie blade made form 5Cr15MoV steel with a hand contoured resin and fiber handle with a braided fob. Overall length is 5.13 in. Includes a 2.5 in. glass filled nylon sheath. Q: Does the sheath have good retention (no accidental loss of knife) for both clip and neck carry? Does it keep this retention over time?

I've had mine for 5 years, carried it around my neck for that time as well. The ONLY time it has come loose from the sheath was when I was doing jump rope in the police academy. One time in 5 years under pretty rough jumping because I suck at jumping rope. This knife, for me, has been so dependable I sleep with it every night.
