Works as advertised. No documentation, but if you remove the cover you can see the pin out. See pic

Missing Labels, but Functional
It works, but nothing's labeled. If you orient so the pins are on the bottom of the board, then mine was power, signal, then ground.Seems to work pretty well :)

False advertisement and doesn't work
I was very disappointed with this product. First, here is the description listed on Amazon:1 x protective case (Black) with mounting points for PIR and Raspberry Pi camera module• 3 x GPIO/PIR leads (female to female)• 1 x PIR Module. Perfect for Raspberry Pi or Arduino ProjectsMine did not come with any case of any kind, just the 3 wires and the module. I bought this specific PIR because of the fact that it came with a case (disappointment #1).Next, one of the 3 GPIO wires I received was defective. It had a loose connector at the end causing sporadic connections (disappointment #2).Next, there was no documentation and nothing is labeled. Which pin is the output? Which pin is the vcc? What are the two potentiometers? What is the jumper? I had to figure all of that out on my own (disappointment #3).Finally, the thing barely works. It says it can be configured to detect movement up to 7m. I can't get it to detect movement outside of 12in. Even then it works about 25% of the time. I had the sensor wired up in a room that was 100% empty. Yet during 10 minutes, the motion detector detected motion 12 times. There was no movement! Then, I went into the room and started walking all over the place for about 10 minutes. In that entire time the sensor only detected me moving one time. This was a terrible purchase and a terrible sensor and one with a deceptive description. I'll be returning it and finding something that actually works and doesn't lie about what comes with it.

Works but not docs
As someone already stated, this unit comes with no docs. But it does work. Just as someone said, if terminals are facing down, its (left to right) Power signal and gnd. I think if you have the pots on top, then the time is on the right. I have mine set to 1.2 mins on time. Gave it 3 stars because it needs documents.

Good product bad wires
Good product but the wires that came with it were bad. I had to go find some wires on my own for them

Additional cost...
The product cost 4 USD. But an additional fee from the government came at 8 USD (swedish PostNord). They said that is should be free..

black it was easy enough to work it put
Worked perfectly, although wire colours weren't standard red, yellow, black it was easy enough to work it put. Great product!

Good product and works, could do with some docs and better labelling of pins
Received mine today, and pondered for a while about which jumper is which (the Q&A above didn't help at all) - they don't appear to be labelled, but if you pop the plastic dome off you can see that the jumpers are labelled on the other side of the PCB to the jumpers! With that in mind I wired VCCto 5V and GND to GND, finally I checked the voltage on the sensor was 3.3V on trigger so as to not blow up my pi.All working well I knocked up a quick python script using zerogipo MotionSensor and it seems to trigger pretty well. All ready for my naturecam project.
