Awful product and customer service. Ordered the colour ‘walnut’ and I got a black, very cheap looking shelf. Was told that colours vary is this is why but the colour is not similar what so ever. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

This is just 1 shelf!! Despite how it's portrayed as 3 in the photo and saying 'shelves'

These sheves are sturdy and heavy! They come with large, heavy brackets and equally large screws. Perfect for solid brick walls like those in my cottage. I'm not sure how a plaster/wooden wall would cope with these as they are exceptionally heavy and designed to hold a lot of weight. As such, I suspect a more flimsy wall may struggle.The screws are sturdy but exceptionally hard to use as they seem to resist screwing a lot. In the end I had to replace these with different screws as they were too hard to use.

Shelf is nice but I was expecting black brackets as in the pictures and it came with grey brackets. I emailed the seller to see if I could exchange the brackets and they told me to buy another pair of black ones at an additional cost of just over £15. I will be painting the ones I received instead. Happy with the product, not happy with the customer service.

Pros:- Sturdy- Lightweight- Screws and wallplugs are supplied- Looks great with other rustic furniture- Very good price compared to other shelves and are of good qualityCons:- A little rough around the edges and one shelf is slightly warped (although this is not necessarily a bad thing as they are rustic looking)- The brackets are actually a light grey colour which doesn't match the photos- The colour is nothing like what they show on the pictures - the oak effect looks more like the walnut one (I was going to order the walnut effect but saw pictures in the reviews so ordered the oak instead and they look near enough the same) luckily this is the exact colour that I was looking for.

after waiting for product which wasn’t the seller fault . The delivery driver had not left a card to say they had tried to deliver . The seller sent me an email to explain this but I didn’t know which local post office they had sent it to . I have 4 local post offices in my area so after going to the third post office . I received my shelves . I am very pleased with them only thing the brackets are a grey colour not black but the shelves them self are fab so for the confusion and wait . I’m going to give a four star but will definitely purchase again .

Easy to put up, sturdy & look good. I'm using them as extra kitchen storage & love them. Chunky, tactile & great colour. Very pleased.
