This was my first time using an ab roller, and I ordered it at the suggestion of my daughter. Although it is made of plastic, it does seem to be well made, and I think it will last a long time. To be honest, I purchased this particular ab roller because I thought the price was the best deal I saw at the time. I just didn't think there could be that much difference between an $11 ab roller and a $15 or more one. After using for a while, I still think there can't be that much difference to make a more expensive option worth it, so I would definitely recommend this brand. The only complaint I have is that the hand grips are quit small. I'm a small framed 5'-3" female, and I feel that the grips are small, so I imagine most men would find them extremely small. However, in looking at the images of other ab rollers, I think the handles are about the same across the board. As far as exercising, it really does work the abs. Much better than doing lots of crunches. You can spend far less time doing a few rolls, and get the same results. I was really sore at first. I would say that if you experience low back pain, ab rollers might not be for you. Although I work really hard not to let my back arch, it can still strain my back when I slip into bad form.

This durable plastic material is easy to setup and use wherever you can workout!It withstands your weight and rolls easily. Has lots of screw holes, but you don't need to use them at all. Just put the handle through the wheels and roll away!

Jk but man does this thing workout your abs like crazy. I could barely do 10 and I'm in decent shape. Make. Sure you watch some YouTube videos on how to correctly do the exercises. You see alot of people doing them wrong which could end up with injurys.

I wish the two wheels locked together but it doesn’t change the overall function of the wheel.Cons:- none so farPros:- well made

The product is made of complete plastic material. The handle bar will leave you the design print because it is plastic, which makes it not soft to hold or put pressure on. Will probably need a glove when using this product. I am only 120lb so I am not sure if weighing more will cause the tool to break since its plastic. I used it on carpet, so I am not sure if it will damage wood floors.

I was getting bored with my workouts and didn't feel much of a challenge anymore and was looking for something different. Ordered this and I definitely felt the pain the next day! It was super easy to put together too! I love my new ab roller and how it allowed me to take my workouts to the next level!

Nothing special. Just get the cheapest one you can at a big department store...this one's no better. Nothing solid or rugged about it. But is works for what it's made for....I will update if/when it breaks and I bust my face! LOL

This ab roller is falling apart after only 2 months of use. The tread is starting to separate from the wheel. I weigh 200 lbs so I don't think there was undo stress on it. I bought this roller because it was inexpensive. I guess I got what I paid for - as is usually the case.

I'm 17 stone and it's held up solid however my arms and core gave up after my 3rd use but it sit sin the open making folk think I use it regularly
