These pads are very basic and provide the perfect amount of support for flat shoes. The pads are very easy to place in your shoes. I have purchased these twice.

These are not gel which is good . They are a firm foam. Stick well. Make sure they are placed properly. I wear a womens size 8. The large was too big so I reordered a medium.

Improved my Morton's neuroma pain 95%
I found these most tolerable by taking my insole out and fixing the pad to the underside. This has helped my toe pain immensely.
