Mishimoto Universal Intercooler J-Line

Good quality product. Some heavy stuff.The lifetime warranty on this stuff is great. I had bent this products inlet tube and called mishimoto, they sent me a replacement right away, great service

It’s pretty thick so prepare to cut some bumper out but the over all height is amazing and I’ve heard nothing but good things about mishimoto

Did what it should for the procharger application

I have used their radiators in several race and street cars and always did the job perfectly well, well made, etc...so I thought I would give this intercooler a try and it is another great buy from them!

Installed in my 2015 Explorer Sport 3.5L Ecoboost. Did not need to modify front grill opening to fit. Just did that later for looks and airflow optimization. I included a pic with this installed before I cut the grill also if you want to see how that would look. There are probably multiple ways you could install, but I used 2.5" cast aluminum tight radius 90 elbows on each side into 2.5" aluminum joiner tube 3" long on cold side with silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps. 2.5" to 2.25" reducer coupler after the elbow on hot side into 2.25" aluminum joiner tubing 4" long. Get joiner tubes with bead roll on both ends. Bought it all on Amazon.
