Toy Story That Time Forgot [DVD]

This is a great dvd of a short from the Toy Story clan. I first seen these at Halloween time and DVR’d them. If you have the Disney channel then you’d know that these are not full length features ( bc Disney never released them as such) but an extension of the Toy Story characters. They’re so funny and enjoyable, keeping the adults entertained as well. They last about 25 minutes, but I tell you.. I do wish that they would make a longer version of “Toy Story that Time Forgot” I purchased the other dvd of shorts too, bc I loved them so much. My grandson (2 1/2yrs) watches them in car and while eating lunch. Perfect length time. Get em.. and enjoy.

This short movie has a series of great new characters and new themes. It is set somewhere between Toy Story 3 and 4. My 3 year old loves this movie and was willing to watch it 3 times in a row (about an hour of viewing). He now prefers it to the other Toy Story movies including the other, short Toy Story video. It's a high quality feature and is well put together for it's shorter time frame. I feel sorry for the people who rated this one star when the description very clearly indicates that it is a short film.

First time in a full weekend we got a 3 and 5 year old to sit still for 50 minutes, so it's a win in my book! They even wanted to watch it again the next day. As a 'movie before bed' it was perfect, since it wasn't a full 90 minutes.From an adult's perspective it was cute and funny, though I'm still not 100% sure what the moral is. Surrender yourself to who you really are, rather than who you want to be? Don't try too hard to be something you're not? Don't lock yourself in to just one thing?

While this is indeed only a movie that's about 20-25 minutes long, and some people seem to find the $10-13 price tag too high for a short film, I have no issue with the price. I would have loved a dvd and Blu-ray bundle for that price just so I could have one in the car and one in the house, but such is life.The movie may be short, but as a Pixar movie it is well-written, the voice acting is excellent, and the animation is superb. My four-year-old will watch it endlessly, so I'll definitely get my money's worth.

My 3 year old son, husband and I really enjoy this continuation of the Toy Story universe. My son can watch this over and over again in the same sitting (kindve sad but mom's gotta clean sometimes). If you liked the Toy Story trilogy, this is worth watching even though it is not as emotionally engaging as the original movies (not every movie needs to make me bawl my eyes out like the incinerator scene in Toy Story 3 for me to like them). I especially like the love song/video for Trixie included in the extras. Maybe I've got a weird sense of humor but it cracked me up.

Fantastic, Fun, charming and enjoyable funny short film that is great for a simple short visit to the toy story world with out the commitment of a full length film. The sound track was one of the main reasons I purchased this movie. The 7.1 Master Audio track is for lack of a better word WOW.folks that dismiss this film as a money maker for Disney Pixar are correct.That why they are in business. To make money. But this short film didn't have to be put out at all. Frankly i'm glad they did. So for those of us that are Disney and Pixar fans and those that take the chance and try this film out will enjoy it for what it really is. A fun short film of the Toy Story World.Enjoy

it is NOT the length that is on the description!!! i would NEVER have bought it if i knew this. the movie itself is cute, but only about 20 minutes long. the rest of the time is the bonus content, which i dont care about. my nephew and i were very disappointed.

Arrived very fast, couldn’t believe it was already here because it’s a Sunday(!), it was well wrapped in an envelope and the case was covered in shrink wrap, looks new, opened case and both the DVD as well as the special Disney code for a digital version were intact. Perfect condition. Product is as described. Look forward to watching this with the family. Definitely a positive experience with this purchase.
