Gluten free flour is very expensive so it was nice to find this deal on Amazon. Hope they have it again sometime. And this is a good brand we use a lot, but it's much more expensive in our local stores. Thank you.

Best GF flour mix out there!!! Easy to use as a replacement in almost any recipe you want to make gluten free. Makes moist cakes, yummy pizza crust and just and all around great flour

Listing showed blue bags, I got white, not a concern. Doesn't expire for a year and the value for the 4 bags is super! Makes the best muffins, quick breads and pancakes and fritters. Haven't had a problem with any recipe yet. Glad I can have my muffins and zucchini bread again!

Good flour but you need to use it with some other flour which gives rise to the bread. So, this could be like 1/3 of the total flour you use and the 2/3 can be some other flour which has high Protein. The reason I bought it was that nothing else was available in the Pandemic so by mixing it with other flours I could bake more bread. There were all sorts of shortages and high prices. But I like the King Arthur flours they have good quality. You can't go wrong with this company.

This says 4 pack and it is one!! I would never pay this much for ONE!! You can get it for half that price. Be ware tho…. No refunds on this!!! Scam.

I specifically ordered the white bag of gluten free flour since I needed it gluten and dairy free. They were out so they sent the blue bag. The slight difference in ingredients made a difference in our case. I did let the seller know and they refunded my money and said to keep or give it away. I did try some for a different grandchild who can have dairy and it wasn’t bad. My daughter swears by this brand for use and flavor.
