Do NOT buy these jars for canning shelf stable products. The one piece lids will seal, but the seal will break once you tighten them. I would not have bought them if this had been made clear.

I did not realize that these were not the usual Mason/Ball jars. The lids are ONE piece with the center with a noticeable pop up/down when canning. Uncertain if reusable, only because we are rookie caner's. So I prefer to use them for extra storage for sugar. Another characteristic of this brand is that i noticed they feel thinner than the usual ball/mason. We did wash them and place in oven for drying on 215 degrees and had NO problem. It's just a matter of preference on lids and jar thickness I believe. I'm certain that if used one time there would be no issue but as i said as a rookie at this uncertain if should use repeatedly.

These are NOT mason jars, not Kerr or Ball...they are basically a mayonnaise jar with a one piece lid, completely smooth sides, no embossing, not nearly as heavy as a true mason jar. The cost for a .98 jar is absurd, close to $5 apiece. I'll keep them because, pandemic or not, I had a bumper crop of cukes this year and my existing jar supply wasn't enough. But I am genuinely getting tired of paying carpet-bagger prices from Amazon sellers.

These jars are not as advertised. These are just regular jars with one piece Lids they are not mason jars and they are not suitable for canning and they do not have lids that are suitable for canning. They would be good for storage or making overnight oats or something of that nature but definitely not water bath or pressure canning at all. 2 stars is a gift

I’m a novice pickler so perhaps I should have bought two piece lids. No matter, with the picking tools I also bought and these jars, I made delicious pickles out of the green tomatoes I harvested this fall. Jars sealed perfectly, did not leak in the water bath. Just to be on the safe side I have bought good two piece lids for next time.

My husband loves homemade lemonade. So, I buy dozens of lemons and squeeze them for the juice. I then put the juice into my jars and freeze them. Voila! We are never without the makings for fresh lemonade. I currently have about 25 jars in the freezer. I have used Mason jars for a very long time and they never disappoint. These are the first ones I have used with a single top, rather than the two piece. I like it and I never have to look for the liner in the dishwasher. Arrived on time and the jars were packed so well that I don't think anything could break the box! Good job, packers...

I ordered these for my bone broth after it was finished cooking. I like the wider mouth so it's easier to get out the fat layer once it's been refrigerated. I'm not sure what else to say about glass jars. I would probably use these the next time I make pickles too. I'm not a professional canner or anything so no specifics...they're glass jars and they held my liquid well and didn't leak.

I like the quality of the mason jars but the jars seem way smaller than 12 ounces... I think they are more like 8 ounces

Delivered a day or two early which was good then no breaks in the glass jars so I guess it was handled properly everything looks good

The jars that are intact are great, exactly what I wanted and expected. However, as you can see one of them shattered during delivery. The packaging was not damaged at all, simply the broken glass.

Loved it! Just what I was looking for and reasonably priced
