Great reading glasses and the built in lights make it even better. I can read comfortably anywhere, now (in the car, snuggled up on the couch without all the lights on so I can see, in bed without disturbing my husband). These really cannot he beat and the low price is even better. They also don’t look goofy as the lights on the side are built in seamlessly, without adding much to the size of the sides

The light is not as bright as I would like it to be but I wouldn't let that stop you from purchasing a set of these I think they are a bargain for the price.

Tested the glasses working on detailing a 48th scale model. They do a good job illuminating the area being worked on. Front lighting helps a lot working on tiny areas. This is much easier than a headlamp and magnifying head ware. For the price they are 5 stars, but the batteries aren't rechargeable so for lengthy reading sessions more expensive rechargeable glasses would be better. The glasses come with some extra batteries and a cleaning cloth.

The have not dueability

I have been anxious to get these glasses. I’m a bit of a nerd and I still enjoy my paper back books, but since I am pushing 50 soon, my eyes are not what they used to be. I have prescription readers, but sometimes I like to read late into the night and the light disturbs my husband. I thought these would be a good idea for some quiet late night reading in bed. I just took them out the box and they feel a little cheap, like toy glasses, but I like that they are lightweight and the lights are really bright. I’ve read reviews that the light does not last long, but three pair for $16 and extra batteries should get me through a few nights of reading. I’m satisfied so far.

The lights are not bright enough to read by. Hence, for me, these glasses are useless. Also, one video with the product description says the batteries are rechargeable. Another video there shows how to replace the batteries, which are not rechargeable. This product deserves less than one star.

I was looking for a solution to improve lighting for reading in spaces where my aging eyes need it. I was reluctant to clutter rooms with more lamps and installing light fixtures seemed extreme. These lighted reading glasses have been a great solution. Unexpected benefits: Refilling the oil in my garage without having to hold a flashlight; reading in an unexpectedly darkened room away from home if you have them with you (easy to carry). Caveats: They were inexpensive and may not last long but I don't know yet; wearing them is not fashionable.
