Check out my amazing bowl of shiitake, tofu, miso with wakame! Ten minutes at a low boil on the stove (mushrooms, tofu, and wakame with the whites of green onions) then pull off heat and mix in the miso. ABsoLUTEly delish. Nice. Well done, Holistic.

Love this company. I've order a few products from their Rock Star capsules to their shilajit and blue spirulina and now their seaweed flakes and wakame. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the body runs on a energetic clock. Between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. is when one is suppose to eat breakfast. I choose their wakame and seaweed flakes as one of my main minerals and iodine providers for a win win breakfast with the throw down to have me going through the day. I literally make a soup because we are in the colder months and once it boils I turn it off serve me a bowl and add Holistics Bin seaweed flakes and wakame. You know what that means??? The power of 4 seaweeds raging through my vital life force blessing me and building me up like that song " build me up buttercup." Do I love it? Yes absolutely!! I love it. Opening the bag of seaweed flakes make me want to put my face in it because it smells so good and fresh and looks like that too. I get a lot of good stuff in the power house including iodine. Years ago hypothyroidism was living in me and today my thyroid is playing basketball and winning! I always feels great throughout the day. I already pressed that subscription button for it to come every two weeks because it's a every morning celebration called Life and the body I live in. The company is excellent. Years ago I reached out to them and quickly someone got back to me. They are always helpful and insightful and Holistic Bin is a Company I trust. I say trust because I work in a health food store educating people all day and I work with companies that do testing for quality assurance so working in this field you get to know companies and other factors. Plus the body doesn't lie. The body will always tell you how something or someone effects you based on how you feel. And I feel great!! Great products, great company!

Bad - taste - had to get a strainer to save the drink I had made. The seaweed captured and the package - they all went in the trash- I will not order this again.
