Water Retention
After a search for water retention I read that apple cider vinegar was good for reducing this (I nearly couldn’t get my rings off my fingers). After finishing my first bottle I can already get my rings off more easily and the only thing different is taking these tablets - so for me I’ll keep taking them! The other reviews are right - they smell very strong -but to me I expected it as apple cider vinegar smells like that and as it has helped I’m happy to put that aside.

Causes extreme nausea
Firstly there are no reviews shown that are rated less than 5*.After taking these for three days I began to feel extremely unwell and nauseous.The smell as others have mentioned is utterly potent and I cannot imagine ever getting use to it as one review suggested. I carried on taking them for ten days to give them a fair chance but all they did for me was make me feel very tired and ill. Two days of not taking them and I am back to my old self. Would not recommend. The capsule form of ACV is much easier to take.

These are little beauties!!!Sceptical at first and upon opening the bottle you definitely can smell the vinegar but after 1 month of taking these I am really amazed.Being menopausal as well as suffering with poor digestion and acid reflux for many years, these tablets have made such a huge difference.My acid reflux is all but gone and I no longer suffer the dreadful post food bloat which I did before.They seem to work wonders with my tummy and ease the usual discomfort I feel on a daily basis.As I no longer feel sluggish I find I have so much more energy which has resulted in 7lb weight loss in just under 6 weeks.
