....then this works great. I compared then to a similar spanx product, and these definitely hold their own. The spanx, though, have a seem that goes right up the middle of the torso, leaving a very visible line under tight clothing, where the rago pair seems are invisible below the belt. I do have a long torso. I'm 5'9" and 145 lbs so I found that I have to give myself a weeeee bit of a wedgie ( or a bigger wedgie being that this is a thong) to get the top hem in the right spot at the smallest part of my waist, about the beginning of my rib cage. I do have quite a ginormous muffin top and I'm pretty slim everywhere else, so if your looking for something that will really flatten your tummy, I couldn't really speak to that. Regarding the sizing, I purchased the medium/28 but next time I order I will try the next size down. I feel like these could work even better on the muffin top if it were a little more snug, though I am still very happy with this pair!

This is a great shapewear piece. The fabric is different from the normal material used in shapewear, and I think its a good idea to size down for a more true waist whittling affect. If you just want a light shaping, you could order your normal size. The band around the waist is adjustable, so you can hike it down or up. The crotch has the tinest piece of cotton, so I will sew in more.I am back to buy a medium in black. I purchased a large in nude and I wasnt ashamed to undress in front of my DH wearing it. Sexy, slinky, satiny material plus the thong back elevates this piece out of your mother's girdle territory. I wore it under a dress that is lined and I could see the "nude" color a bit so beware.UPDATE: The size down was perfect for my needs. The black looks good under my white clothing. When I laid the medium on top of the large, there seems to be a very large area difference. Ive worn this one a few times and the thong back is ok, a little too thick imo, but not enough to shelve it. Pricey but great buy when you get what you need and want. Im using this to camoflauge that dreaded post csection pooch.

I bought this to wear under a tight dress that I didn't want panty lines showing under. I have a 32 waist, 39 hip, and a bit of a stomach so I ordered a large. It worked out well because it did suck me in some but not so much that I had a muffin top (and after having a child, most things give me a muffin top!). The band is a pretty thick material, that's the only thing that stops me from wearing it everyday. And it may be just me but usually I find that the crotches on thongs are too thin and aren't flattering but this one is cut generously and covered everything!I also ordered:  Smart & Sexy Women's Tummy Control Thong # SA154  which is a little bit lighter support and has a thinner material on the band so it's comfortable for everyday wear since you can barely tell it's there.

Love that this is a band and will not role. The thong part is light and not too grabby but it is a little long. I've had 3 kids and even though I'm not overweight it holds my mommy tummy and handles in perfectly. I'm 5'11" and often find that these things, when pulled up will protect the top of your belly and the bottom will be hanging out or vice versa but this one is long enough to cover all of that without going up to high. It's perfect for my high waisted pants and skirts, which I love! For reference, I fluctuate between 182lbs-186lbs and I bought the 2X ( I usually wear a large but I always get 2 sizes or more sizes up in these things to avoid a muffin role.)

I bought this because it is a thong and I needed something to wear with a pencil skirt. I have bought a couple of different shape wears from other brands before so I know how critical it is to measure yourself before buying since they all feel and fit differently. So as recommended in the product's page, I measured my hips and waist but when it arrived it didn't feel small nor big, it just felt weird, uncomfortable on certain areas. You can tell the fabric is of good quality, however; the band does not provide good support on the belly area at all. It is not sturdy like other shape wears in the market and it folds every time I sit down. I tried wearing it with pants as well and the same thing happened. The front "V" of the panties does not look anything like the stock photo as it does not cover a lot between your legs, so it almost gives you a wedgie in the front. This product needs a tighter band area and more crotch coverage in the front. If you are going to be standing up the whole time, it works but if you are sitting at any point (driving, dining) forget it... you will be going to the bathroom to fix yourself. FYI I'm 5'8 and weight 125lbs..I received size 26S according to my hip and waist measure

I actually was hesitant about this because of the fact that I thought it would roll quite a bit, but I have worn it twice now and it hasn't rolled down at all when wearing it.. I also had a hesitation about if it would actually suck me in at all in that problem area which is the "pooch" part of my stomach. it does EXACTLY what it says, it sucks you in but not in an uncomfortable way.My only thing that makes it a 4 is that its a bit narrow in the "lady region" not enough for it to REALLY matter, but on the back side it can tend to hurt a little on the thong area of it..but if you stretch that part out a little it feels better.

These fit perfectly and were not only seamless, but comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this brand and this item!

The material is so thick and it keeps on rolling down though it does flatten your belly which is the good part. The thong-I'd say it's too short and really tears you apart

It did a good shaping job but fabric is thicker than expected.

If you have major love handles as I do you will have a muffin on top. For price it’s what you expect.

Used it for my wedding. Very comfortable.
