Effective Fix - Not as straight-forward of installation as expected.
This cured my hyperflash after I installed LED taillights. I wasn't sure what the result would be with this harness since I still have the old-school incandescent bulbs in the front markers. But this worked well.I'm not completely lost when it comes to working on my C5 but this install did take longer than I expected based on other reviews here. There was a required interpretation of the instructions and 'shimmying' of panels to get everything sorted out. Overall, still 5 stars and a great product with an easy install but instructions could have been clearer.

It works!
I purchased this item in conjunction with led bulbs for my headlights, turn signal, and parking lights. For those of you that are unaware, it keeps your new led bulbs from hyperflashing / flashing fast. It's working great 👍

Simple install, great instructions with color pictures, Impossible to goof it up
Simple, fast install, great instructions with color pictures, Impossible to goof it up. If you put LED bulbs in your C5 to stop the melting issue from those light being on constantly, you NEED this. Could I build one? sure, but this was cheap and made it an easy decision. The only difference I discovered was my dash panel screws were T15, not T10 as stated in the directions. You NEED this!

Very easy install. Works as advertised!
This harness comes from corvetteenvy.com and is very well made. It requires the removal of 4 screws and one panel (easy) and only requires unplugging one harness to fit this harness inline into the system. Took about 15 minutes to complete and requires a T10 torx bit and a flathead screwdriver to install.Fixes the hyperflash issue on your 1997-2004 C5 Corvettes. Does not affect the correct operation of your hazard flashers either.I would highly recommend this product!

Fixed malfunctioning OEM turn signals
I do not have LED lights on my C5 Corvette, it still has the OEM lights. The turn signals would stop working and pushing the emergency flasher a few times would bring the turn signals back. Eventually that stopped helping. I read that the module to fix hyperflashing LED lights on a C5 Corvette would also fix the OEM failure. This was much, much easier to install than a new flasher because of the location. So I tried it and it works, the signal flasher does not click as loudly as before (when it was working anyway) but that is not an issue.

Eliminates a whole lot o work to get to flasher in C5 Corvette.Turn signals work great.Four stars because signals hyper-flash with 4-ways on.
