Definitely works! Way better flavor than the Jocko that I had prior. Plus, it hits the system a bit easier than that as well. Jocko almost feels like an allergic reaction. Lol.

Great pre workout. Gives me the energy to complete my workout. I mainly lift and light cardio.

I don't know if I'm the perfect person to give this review, but I haven't experienced or tried a lot of pre workouts. I've tried the C4 and the No-Xplode. I liked both of those, but I saw this on tiktok of course and thought it would be a good change and a chance to try something new since I was in the market. I really really like this product. I don't care for the pre workouts that make your body tingle or itch. That just don't sit well with me and I believe that this product doesn't have that beta-alanine? Or if it doesn't I haven't noticed any itching or tingling feeling from this product and I've been using it for the past week for the gym. I go to the gym in the morning and I think that's the best time to use this. I find myself wound/have more energy throughout the day far after going to the gym in the morning. The taste is great! I do believe that it tastes like sweet tarts, and that's a plus as well. I also think that as far as dry scooping this is easy to get down and mixes well with water also. I would recommend this product and will purchase again.

When we received this product it was completely clumped together. I had to take a knife to try and break it up. The picture attached was after my attempt to break it up. Very disappointed and will be returning

Love this flavor and hope it helps me with my workout. After working 10 plus hours then going to the gym, this keeps me on track. It doesn't mess with my stomach at all either.

I enjoy the Lit pre-workout so figured the Lit AF would be worth a try. First off, it came to me solid as a brick. I had to use a knife to break it up to be used. Second, this costs $10 more than the Lit. When you consider you only get 20 servings with the AF and 30 with the regular Lit, the price seems unreasonable. I do like the taste, and the clumps do dissolve. But I would expect better. It works good for sure, but is it $10 better at way less servings? Up to you but not for me. The Lit works great and is a no brainer at the lesser price with more servings. Just my 2 cents.
