Original Tea Bag, 160 Count Boxes

I work with a gentleman who recommended this product, so I tried it. It has been three years, and it is now the only pre-bagged tea I will buy. The flavor and aroma are robust; you can get two mugs out of a bag without losing flavor. Please do yourself a favor and try it.

These tea bags were listed as the "pyramid " tea bags. I paid more for these because of this. I could have purchased the non pyramid tea bags for less. I was using the rest of the tea bags I already had so I just opened this box and I missed the return window. The tea bags themselves are fine and taste just fine. The reason i wanted the pyramid tea bags is because the ones I received are connected and you need to tear them apart. I have ripped a couple of bags doing this and it created a big mess. I wanted the single tea bags, which is what these were supposed to be.

This order arrived super quickly and was well packed. The two boxes were wrapped in plastic which will keep them fresh for so much longer. These are the best tea bags if you enjoy a nice strong cup of tea. I add milk and one sweetener and it is just perfect! Will definitely be ordering a lot more!

PGTips makes tea as only the English can do! My husband drinks the regular and I drink the decaf. Other teas simply can't come up to the quality of these teas. My husband is from England and is very picky about his tea. I'm from the US and now feel the same way. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for PGTips Decaf to arrive, but it's worth the wait. Better outer packaging would help prevent inner box being crushed in transit. Love the tea!

I first tried PG Tips on a trip to London in 1995, when I noticed that my English friends stocked this tea in their kitchen. I was won over immediately - it's a tea with a rich, full body that makes all the teas you normally find in the U.S. pale by comparison. (Lipton? Give me a break!) I won't drink anything else. For years you could only find it in certain specialty grocery stores. Now it's widely available. I like ordering from Amazon because the price is great and it's always in stock.

’ve been a PG Tips fan for years, and the flavor is still that same strong, malty cup that kickstarts my mornings. It brews fast, doesn’t taste weak, and definitely holds up to a splash of milk. That said, I do miss the pyramid bags—they always felt like they gave the leaves more room to dance around. The flat bags get the job done, but it feels like the tea’s wearing a tighter suit. Still, if you love PG Tips, the taste is all here.

Although the description says “pyramid teabags”, in fact they are the plain flat teabags, which I find less flavorful than the pyramid bags. You can’t return them to Amazon, and they refuse to refund my money in spite of the inaccurate description

The tea is very good...I've always loved PG Tips. 5 stars for the tea. 3 stars because this is not as advertised. (I didn't take away more because the tea itself doesn't deserve a low rating.) BUYER BEWARE... This is NOT the original Pyramid shaped tea bag, which I can't seem to find as easily these days, and that's disappointing. Amazon should correct this false advertising. They gave me a credit. But I still want the original bag tea, and won't buy here again, since you can't tell you'll get what you think you've ordered. Very disappointing Amazon. Why does it matter?...more tea volume in the pyramid bags, better circulation of steeping around the tea, more flavor, more tea per bag.

Jestem zawiedziona. Zależało mi na herbacie w torebkach piramidach, a przyszły zwykle tea bags. To jest chyba celowe oszukiwanie klienta. Myślałam, że kupuje coś co jest tylko tutaj a okazuje się, że otrzymuje coś co mogę kupić wszędzie - oczywiście za wyższa cenę.

Bought these as they are no longer available in the shops. Don’t know what PG have done with the replacement square bag version, but the tea tastes different and not as good as in the pyramid bags.

This is the best black tea ever! It was recommended to me by 3 different friends in the UK and they were right! So smooth and full of flavor. Not bitter at all. We now order it in the 240 bag box! So economical, too! Takes about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to arrive but the shipping is free so no worries!
