This cheese is fantastic. It is a bit crumbly but the taste is ….what shall I say….sweet and salty? Yes, sort of and I melt a small chunk and dip a cracker in it. I also just eat it..plain…would make great nachos. Just try it. Tasted it first in a cheese store in Colorado Springs when introduced to it by my son. Came back to North Dakota and ordered a 4 pack from Amazon for my daughter and a 4 pack for me. Froze 3. Nibbling on the other one. Just try it. It comes shipped with ice packs in a small cooler. It was thawed when it came but a card inside told me it was just fine if it was thawed because it had been cold most of the trip.

Bought it for my girlfriend cause she couldn’t find it and it’s her favorite cheese. She said it was exactly how she remembered it!
