I have been adding these too smoothies mostly and I love that they are able to blend right in without messing with the flavor at all, these are very mild tasting than others I have tried that tasted slightly burnt, these would also mix great with a hot coco or coffee too and taste great. I have heard so many great things about adaptogens and love having these on hand, I do prefer to open the capsule and add it to things though because I try to limit the amount of capsules I am consuming (they are more processed). I also havn't gotten sick in awhile and I think everything I incorporate might be helping and these are part of my regime, cant say for sure that its solely this product, but definitely don't think its hurting :) lol

I have to start first by saying I’m not even a fan of mushrooms - not even on pizza lol. But I gave this a shot and it surprisingly tastes fine. Now , just to clarify I am a person who does not kind taking vitamins - I find them easy to wallow and since the serving size is four I will pop two at a time.I found that since taking this I have increase energy. It’s easier for me to get up in the morning and to work ( essential worker ! ) and I’m more alert. The biggest thing is I have had a consistent workout routine since taking this and I honestly would normally have fallen off of my routine by now. I feel that this gives me that extra boost that I need. I also feel that it is helping me with stress and my mood.

These supplements delivered in more ways than I expected. After a couple of weeks of taking them as instructed, I started to notice that I have more energy and my mood has improved. I feel calmer and more energetic and just have an over-all sense of well-being. They seem to be helping me manage my stress better.
