After waiting for 3 months for this product to arrive, we finally placed an order for elastic from another supplier described as "heavy stretch" braided elastic but it turned out to be very light and woven instead. Woven elastic is softer and stretchier but is not as durable as braided elastic. For making masks, woven elastic would be good for very light masks or paper masks that you will reuse only a few times. After washing, woven elastic curls and has reduced spring. Braided elastic is not as soft but is much more durable especially after multiple washings and with heavier fabric masks.We are VERY happy to finally get this VIOKKO product from this supplier (labeled KABAKE). It was worth the wait despite our despairing its eventual arrival. Order and be very patient because the supplier was dependable in our case.

This elastic is slightly narrower than the other 1/4" elastics, I think it's 3/16 inch. But that's OK, it's nice and soft, and quite stretchy so it's not likely to be uncomfortable. Calling it 'heavy' is wrong, it's light weight. You get a goodly amount on the spool. I can't vouch for durability since I haven't sent out any masks with it yet. It took quite a while to get here on the slow boat from China.

Some of this was unwound and tangled by the time it reached me. And there were episodic black stains (looked like engine grease but not sure what the smudges were). It’s a bit of a mess bc of how it unwound, and had to make about a dozen mid cuts while using to avoid the stains. Otherwise not a bad price for amount.I used this to supply local mask makers during pandemic.

Was expecting 1/4" braid elastic but received 1/8" knit elastic instead. I am familiar with braid elastic but this is my first experience with knit elastic which has good points such as not narrowing when stretched, a softer feel against the skin. This type of elastic is not as strong as braid elastic but probably would work okay for garments, crafts, or projects not needing strong elastic.

I was curious when I read the review of another buyer about the number of yards he/she received. So I decided to measure what I got. To make it easier for me to figure out how much I received. Precut elastic in 5 yards, 10 yards and 20 yards. Added altogether, received about 150 yards only. Paid for 200 yards.

With COVID19 running around thought i would make some home made mask. I was able get fabric from store and interface as a filter no elastic. Found here yeah a bit of a wait seeing the company was bombarded with orders but still arrived when they said it would. Just as pictured a little mashed carboard from travel but exactly what they showed. I would order again if need be.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour faire des masques et ce produit peut être utilisé mais j'avais déjà cette largeur, je voulais 3 mm et non 6 mm. Je suis vraiment déçue et je ne recommanderai pas ce produit et ne le suggérerai pas à mes amis.Je ne peux évaluer l'extensibilité et le confort car pas encore utilisé car avait déjà cette largeur. Pour le prix je considère cela trop cher quand ce n'est pas ce que l'on veut et a besoin.Merci de prendre en compte mes commentaires :-)

Its not the one they advertised in their picture. One i het is round shaped in cheap ziplock kind of plastic bag. Rating this 1 out of 5. I wait morr than 1 and half months for this and i get this, totally upset and unsatisfied.

Exactly what I was looking for. This product has a lot of different uses , I am using it for sleep masks. Exactly like the long lasting elastic I am replacing, it is durable and comfortable..

Malheureusement lorsque j'ai reçu ma bobine d'élastique, elle est entré mêlée parce que le rouleau était brisé et l'élastique s'est étendu dans l'emballage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Je ne sais si ça avait fonctionné, mais je vous avais envoyé une photo de par mon cellulaire ??????????????

we waited a long time for delivery from China, only to find that the elastic melted when pressed with an iron. If you don't ever iron it the product is OK.
