Flaming pile of (r@9! Absolutely not for advanced administration, nor particularly useful for beginners. Poorly edited, grammatical errors, omitted words and content. Some chapters have no rhyme or reason on how they begin and end. Questions are provided without answer key. Many questions are not covered by the book's content, and some are totally nonsensical.

Every Salesforce Administrator should read this book. Great tips and insights. Also a great “Getting More Value from Sales Cloud” chapter.

Worthless, poorly written, typos everywhere!!! Quiz questions on material that isn’t even covered. DO NOT waste your money.

Nice and clear Admin handbook from Mr Gupta. I am a Salesforce Consultant of 7 years and discovered his blogs some time ago and found them very useful. So this is a great reference book, particularly for those struggling with the change to Lightning.

I bought the product as it said it will be good for BEGINNERS but its actually for more advanced user. So DO NOT BUY if you are a beginner !
