The end result? Satisfied customer. Back to the beginning:I bought this puzzle when I was struggling with insomnia. My sibling was sitting up with me as well, so I decided it was a good thing to occupy both our minds. We turned on some music and put the puzzle together. We were able to laugh a little and forget our worries.I put together GIANT crazy hard puzzles as a kid, so the idea of letters on the back seemed a little like cheating. We both teased later at how much "cheating" we did on the solid colored sections. I can see putting puzzles together as a family. Each person gets a letter or two. Nobody's reaching across or taking a piece someone was looking for. We took the solid colored pieces and divided them by letters and put them in bags.The wood pieces are a welcome addition. I thought the pieces would be bulky or chunky, but the puzzle is no thicker than the paper ones. Seems to fit better. The pieces are tight and don't come apart easy.The picture is pretty good quality as well. Sometimes the individual pieces are almost if not actually pixelated to the point of not being able to discern what it is. Not with this puzzle, the image is recognizable even down to the smallest detail on one piece.I liked the ghost ship type theme and the huge full moon was a fun and easy snap we did almost first thing--after the edge.

I had never put a wood puzzle together before but was very happy with the experience. The picture was difficult because of the dark colors, but I was saved by the lettered grid printed on the back. Appreciated the quality of the puzzle, the grid pattern on the back, and the nice bag inside the it came in.It’s costs more than cardboard puzzles but I would not hesitate to buy another one.

While the quality of the image is good, this puzzle is missing lots of side pieces, and several of the individual puzzle pieces were cut so that nodules were weak, and some of the pieces came bent or broken. And when trying to gently bend them back into shape, even with steaming, the bits broke off. And the pieces do NOT fit together well, rough sides. I have other wooden puzzles that go together easily. These you have to push together HARD, and that's even for the correct order. I would not recommend it.

Product quality is a bit lacking. As I was sorting I found more than one with picture lifting off backing. Also, nearly 3/4 of pieces are almost identical, and lettering on back doesn’t help as much as you would hope. Pieces fit super tight rather than falling into place so you have to force into locking and it makes it hard to know if it’s fitting because it’s right or you forced it. I had to redo three times and use the lettered backside to get the edges correct on one small corner of the A’s area. Even then the lettering repeated in the same areas so I got it wrong more than once.If you love an unnecessary challenge while doing puzzles, this is for you! With how little variation in colors due to most being similar or the same, it’s going to take forever to complete. If I actually don’t just box it up and say forget it that is.

A lot of pieces fit together that don’t belong together. Find yourself having to take sections apart and finding the wrong pieces.

I just love INGOOD puzzles. They are definitely giftable. They are so sturdy and the pieces fit together perfectly. This is my 3rd INGOOD puzzle I have bought. The pictures are also very clear.

Have done many puzzles and knew this would be difficult, but it was difficult for the wrong reason! There were very few different shapes/sizes to the pieces. It was like they had only 4 templates and the pieces were so similar to each other that you could snuggly snap the wrong piece in over and over and never know you were "off". With very few color/texture cues for the expansive sea and sky, we wound up tearing it apart and redoing large sections. Finally we resorted to doing it with the backing up because the only way to tell if a piece actually fit was to microscopically examine the letter pattern. Even then we had issues. NOT FUN!
