I purchased the Kalibri shelf in the Walnut finish for its great looks and solid construction. I wanted a stand for my Marshall Stanmore II speaker and hoped the Kalibri would compliment the great design of the Marshall while supporting the weight.I've owned a Marshall Stanmore II for several months and have enjoyed the fantastic sound. However, the speaker benefits from being elevated to help carry the high and low notes to optimize the full delivery, as most furniture 'absorbs' sound.What impressed me was just how sturdy the Kalibri stand is. There is no bowing or movement. As others have mentioned, the walnut grain is stunning in real life.

It's not often that I get a product and immediately want to post a positive review. I just set up my 28" monitor on the walnut version of this stand and I'm super pleased. The quality and sturdiness are very good. The wood of the top veneer is real walnut with its beautiful straight and wavy grain. The walnut color is slightly lighter than in the photos, so more like a medium walnut stain with a subtle warmth in a natural smooth matte finish. The 'legs' of the stand are padded with black foam to protect the table surface.The design is sleek and allows for storage underneath. I love that the shape has a sculptural feel in contrast to all the hard corners of the electronics. This stand has made my work area much more ergonomic as the height allows me to look straight at the monitor with my neck in a natural position, instead of bent down.

This product was carefully packaged and required no assembly. The stand is sturdy and raises my iMac to just the right height to prevent back strain. Highly recommend as a stylish option.

The media could not be loaded.  Was genuinely surprised at the high quality of the riser based on the low price point. Looks slick. Super functional. Recommend if you need a lil monitor boost and don’t have space for a monitor arm. Bottom has cork covering where the riser touches desk surface.

Build quality is great, but walnut brown is much lighter in person. It looks more like the bamboo color. The box checks walnut, the patterns looks more walnut too- so might be a different color of walnut in photos.

Using this as a hifi riser, so I can cram more poor fiscal choices on my desktop.The unit is solid, lightweight, and looks class. It is a bit lighter in color than I anticipated, as one other review mentioned. Both feet have strips of foam running down the length of them, & feel stable.Mine was brand new, the packaging was nice, shipped on time, arrived blemish free, etc.I'm buying a second one for the office, i like it that much.

Love it! It's got padding on the bottom that prevents scratching. It's sturdy, soft and can hide my keyboard underneath!Exactly what I was looking for.

Simple, sturdy, and made of real wood. I don't think that there's a better minimalist monitor stand out there!

Awesome stand. Very sturdy with no wobble. Has rubber/foam strips on the bottom of each side.

I was a little nervous about how this stand would look and how sturdy it would be. I had nothing to worry about. It is absolutely gorgeous. Photos don’t do it justice. In person it is just stunning. The style of my home office is a mix of modern and mid-century revival (aka 1950’a style) and this stand perfectly ties these elements together. And it is super sturdy. I have a really heavy monitor on it and I have no worries at all about it. My Apple keyboard also fits perfectly under it when not in use. I do not regret this purchase at all. If you like to surround yourself with things of high quality, this is one of those things.

Damit mein Bildschirm auf Augenhöhe steht, brauchte ich für den Bildschirm eine Erhöhung in derselben Farbe wie der Tisch. Der Holzständer von kalibri erfüllt diesen Zweck und dsieht dabei auch noch super aus. Man sieht zwar die Holzmaserung, die der Tisch nicht hat, aber es fällt kaum auf. Dieser Ständer ist viel sicker und stabiler als die günstigen Alternativen aus Plastik oder Aluminium. Er ist auch etwas höher als die meisten anderen, was sehr wichtig ist. Unter 10cm Höhe macht eine Erhöhung für mich gar keinen Sinn.An der Stelle auch ein Lob an den Händler. Ich hatte den Ständer erst in schwarz bestellt, obwohl der Tisch weiß ist. Das passte zwar zum Monitor, aber besser ist es, wenn es aussieht wie der Tisch. Das war also mein Fehler. Aber der Händler hat es problemlos zurück genommen, sodass ich es in weiß bestellen konnte.
