I am obsessed with this steamer! I've never used one before - it was easy to use, heats up in 9 minutes and the steam quality was perfect - it cleaned gunk in my shower that has literally been there for years, despite my constant scrubbing. I was using it in a shower so I highly recommend ear protection as it was quite loud - but powerful! The hose is long and so easy to use. I can't wait to use the other attachments in other parts of my home. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased the 925 Steam with the intent to clean baseboards and doors, and eventually a used grill I purchased. So far, I have only accomplised the baseboards and doors with caked on hairspray from doing your hair in front of it :) It does a GREAT job... LOTS of steam and heat to break through what is probably 15 years of dust in the apartment. I was a little worried it would take the paint off, but so far it didn't. Just have a towel available to wipe off the gunk that it breaks down for quick cleanup. I WILL say, that YES.. the hose DOES get hot after about 5 minutes of use. (I am used to using a Shark steamer, and never had that issue, but I bought this one for the bigger/tougher jobs.) However, I just take breaks with it because my hands get a little tired after too much use. Just let it heat back up and go again! It's a great tool.. and I haven't even used the other attachments yet!

I purchased the Wagner 915e Power Steamer with a number of tasks in mind. One was to clean the tile/grout in my shower which showed considerable effects from years of hard water usage. The other was to clean the heavy iron grates from my gas cooktop which are constantly getting spattered with cooking oils and rarely get clean from a simple wipe-down. Steam seemed the perfect solution since I avoid using harsh chemical products. When it arrived, I read the instructions carefully (which, by-the-by, some of the negative reviewers of it seemed not to have done) and went to work on the shower. On the rusty-looking grout, it was fabulous! The various styles of tile were not quite as easy, and I had to experiment with different tools to achieve a satisfactory result, but still in wa-a-ay less time it would have taken to go at it with a brush by hand. On the cooktop grates, it did a pretty good job as well. A few things I’d like to mention to prospective buyers: (1) Read the instructions! In them, you’ll learn that the orange light glowing DOES NOT mean ready to use but the opposite and the unit must cool down before the tank cap can be removed. (2) In confined spaces, you might want to wear hearing protection. In the shower, the sound proved too much to go without it. (3) If your target messes have been years in the making (as mine were), don’t expect this machine to be a magic wand. It will still require some effort. Overall, I am very pleased with this steamer and highly recommend it to others.

This is hands-down the best steamer that I’ve ever owned! I’ve had floor steamers, clothing steamers, carpet cleaners … I’m kind of obsessed with steam because I love that it’s antimicrobial, antibacterial, and so easy. I researched a lot of models out there… There are several less expensive ones, by Wagner and other brands, but the amount, force, and temperature of this steam is one of the best on the market. It’s great for cleaning a floor, glass or for shooting steam into grout and grooves. It sanitizes every surface, and it creates a “dry” steam because it’s very hot so it doesn’t saturate appolstry, and you can use it on leather, like the interior of a car, without worrying about damaging it. The force of the steam is powerful, so be careful if steaming plastic as you could end up melting parts of it. I also chose this make and model because it has a bunch of accessories... and most of them fit into a convenient onboard compartment. It has nozzles to get in tight little grooves, brushes made of both nylon and metal to get out baked on stains like inside an oven, and even clean something like an outdoor grill. It also has a squeegee attachment, that does wonders for windows and mirrors. I wish it came with a large brush attachment for difficult floors, but I think that can be purchased separately. It’s also got a long hose and pole extensions so you can leave it on the floor and steam from ceiling to floor. I have a bad back, so I also like that it’s lightweight enough (even filled with water) to lift and carry when needed. Do not overfill the tank though, you must use distilled water, and measure carefully so it can build pressure inside the unit. The downsides: A full tank is 40ml of water and lasts about 40 minutes. You have to wait about a half hour for pressure to dissipate before you can unscrew the cap and refill and an additional 10 minutes after that to rebuild pressure and continue working. But that pressure building process is part of what sets this model apart from competitors. Another downside for me is that the handle of the gun gets hot over time and it has a grooved texture that hurt my hands if I’m working for a long time. So people who aren’t used to manual labor, might want to pad the handle or wear gloves. On the plus side, the gun also has a switch to keep it on without holding the trigger, for continual steam, but you use your water faster this way and you will loose pressure more quickly that way, requiring pauses to build it back up… so I only use that when steaming a floor. Overall it’s a fantastic product and well worth the money. This steamer cuts my cleaning time in half. I really have no regrets.

I bought this model to clean the seats and interior area in my truck. Today I took it out of the box and went on a cleaning mission of the kitchen. Let me tell you this steamer is well worth the price. It is a quality made product and with Wagner its a name you can trust. This steamer comes with lots of goodies. There are 2 cleaning tips that are stored on board under the fill cover door. One for non aggressive cleaning such as counter tops, microwave, stove tops, coffee maker, stainless steel kettle, dishwasher. The other tip is a brass cleaning tip and made short work of the baked on grease on the inside of the oven door. It allows you to get right into the dirt that you are cleaning and combined with the hot steam this is a steamer to have in the around the house, cant wait to see what it can do in the vehicle. There are attachments to clean your floors with extended handles and there is even a heat plate to remove wall paper. I filled it today with distilled water 48oz and I went nuts for over an hour with no let up. The hose was solid and very comfortable in your hands and its a good length when working in a space, the only down fall I found is the power cord is not long enough would like to see it the same length of the hose. Fill the tank with distilled water, plug it in the red and green lights will come one then you have to wait for it to warm up about 20 min or so depending on the amount of water you put in I filled it up 48 oz. Once the red light goes out you can go to town with steam, and I mean steam WOW the pressure will amaze you and the job gets done. I even cleaned the windows with this steamer boom . When you are done with the steamer, turn it off, unplug the machine, trigger the steamer to release the pressure this can take a few mins. Once the pressure is gone you can open the fill cap and be careful it is hot around the fill inlet. Let cool and then drain the tank, now this is where you will need your muscles as this is an awkward machine to turn upside down to drain. You should never store it with water in the tank. I really love this machine and it is well worth the money. Thanks Wagner.
