Q: What's the dimentions in inches when it's folded down in size?

If you basically look at the dimensions diagram, everything folds into a fairly tight cube that is roughly 4.5" wide, 17" long, and about 3" high.

Q: Will this work on 2.5 inch wide tire?

no problem with 2 1/2 inch tire. my e bike fits very nicely on it, a real nice bike stand.

Q: Can I use this to hold the bike while I try different saddles?

I would not sugest getting on the bike while it is in the stand it's not that sturdy. You could use the stand to hold the bike while you put different saddles on and off but remove from the stand to test the saddles.

Q: Does anyone know? How to contact the manufacturer? The plastic funnel components are cracked and I need replacements.
