Our yard is full of quartz that is covered by red clay. This cleans them well, I just use a little in a large crock pot with distilled water and it works super well. I just reuse a few times then neutralize it and dispose.

Why spend $14.99 on Rustaid from a big box store when Oxalic Acid is the same active "Main" ingredient. I can make 6 gallons with one 5lb bag and save a pile of money. If you have any PVC products, fencing or siding covered with rust water stains USE THIS!!! Make a 10% solution (13.3 ounces or 377 grams powder per gallon of warm water). Just like Rustaid within seconds the rust stains start to disappear. Dissolves quickly in warm water and I use a 2 or 3 gallon sprayer. I have been using this stuff for several years in my Real Estate Post Sign business (We Use PVC Posts). Every truck that goes out has a bottle of this stuff with them.

Top of the bag was a bit clumpy but broke up with ease. We’ve been dealing with extreme humidity and perhaps the bag was damaged in shipping though there was no leakage. Product is certainly very pure and worked exactly as intended. 10/10 will buy again.

I found this to be not quite up to expectation when I first got it. I now know why. My well water changes with the season. It goes from high magnesium and calcium to much lower TDS and much more neutral PH. I think there was so much Cal/Mag in the water it reacted with the acid and essentially nixed its capacity.Live and learn. Seems to dissolve rust great now. Worked even better with some distilled water I had.It was a good price and I still have some left. I can recommend it.

Ran out and bought some more, same product. Used for cedar wood deck brighter. Does the job

Used on a stained wood deck: Apply per instructions and then power wash. Optional sanding brings the wood back to nearly new look before re-staining/sealing. No need for expensive deck stripping products.

Black with mold, mildew, leaf tannins, spilled drinks - Oxalic Acid will return your decks to a civilized clean. And used properly it won't strip your wood stain. Follow the directions explicitly because its very toxic, and used incorrectly you won't get the results you want. Otherwise done right, it's awesome. (Good for stained white clothes too)
