THE FABRIC Flax linen is one of the world's oldest textiles going back to 8,000 BC. The ancient Egyptians considered flax linen the fabric of the Gods. Our luxurious linen is sourced in small batches from Southern France. Flax needs no irrigation and uses much fewer fertilizers/pesticides than cotton, so it's much better for the environment. Our linen is pre-washed with pumice stones which abrade the fabric to get that slightly faded, relaxed and effortless look. Stonewashing also loosens the weave of the fabric and increases the softness and flexibility. Getting into bed has never felt so good! If you know what’s good, treat yourself to these!
My second purchase of Sijo linen sheets. I’ve been a fan of pure flax bed, bath, dining and kitchen linens for over 20 years. I have Irish, French, Belgian, Italian, Portuguese, Belarusian, Lithuanian, Indian, Chinese. I have 19th century antique, early 20th century vintage, deadstock and contemporary. These are the nicest contemporary linen sheets I’ve seen that are under $300. They are smooth, cool, crisp, and delicious with the drape and shiver-y hand linen lovers covet. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing sheets, company, customer support!
This is a VERY VERY tough review for me because this seller is likely the best I've ever dealt with on Amazon, as a seller, I would give a 5+ star review. I would say the very same about the sheets, they are well made, well packed, there is very little to complain about with them. So giving them a 3 star review is tough for me and if they didn't have "the fabric is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, indicating no harmful dyes or chemicals are used during the manufacturing process" I would be leaving a better review even though they didn't work for me. Firstly, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 only means that there are no residual chemicals. They for example could be made by anybody, anyplace, using any chemicals, pollution or products to manufacture them and so long as they have no residual chemicals they will qualify. This is not to be confused with something like the Oeko-Tex Standard 100o standard or GOTS which are much stricter. That having been said, these sheets are not actually Oeko-Tex certified and do not have the label on them for the certification. As the description says, the fabric they are making the sheets from is certified which is very different. As a result, they do have a chemical, China textile production odor to them and would not be good for a person who is either chemically sensitive or wanting to sleep on chemical free, healthy bedding. If these are not concerning factors for you, absolutely, 100% purchase these sheets, you will love them, being buying from a company with great support and communication and have a high quality set of long lasting linen sheets. It's disappointing for me as I'm going to return them, they cost too much to risk trying to wash and air out the smell and being somebody unwilling to put a price on my health I'd spend twice the price for sheets that weren't being imported from China. Again I will say writing this review weighs heavy on me as I like the company and product so much I just feel it's highly misleading to mention the "Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification for the fabric as the sheets would certainly not qualify for the certification so it's really a moot point but in my case was a huge deciding factor in buying them. I will also say the seller was very upfront about this and transparent, I knew buying them what I was getting but felt assured they wouldn't smell like a set of $19 China sheets so it was disappointing that they did match my expectations.

Awesome and comfortable sheet set
I literally never slept better and i have lived in my apt for 2 years, same bed and same mattress, the only thing I changed was the sheets. They are so airy and soft, and I absolutely adore the sheet set! I bought Brooklinen linen sheets before because their ads are everywhere in nyc, and brooklinen's linen sheets are very thin and feel a little cheap, but these ones are definitely much thicker and feel very high quality and luxury!

Best bedding purchase ever, I love these sheets!!
These sheets are the most comfortable, durable sheets I have ever purchased. I started with the dark grey sheets and have purchased the green set as my second set. From the initial labeled linen bag they come in, to the stitching on the seams these are high quality. The colors are fantastic and these sheets just keep getting softer. These sheets are not light they are very dense and the material is fairly thick. The picture of the stitching is of the inner seam, it is folded over and stitched all the way through making for a nice durable seam. The bed is labeled telling you which way the sheets go on.I have to emphasize these are extremely comfortable, and just keep getting softer these are well worth every penny of the $204 for the king size.

best sheets ever!
i was a little skeptical about this sheets bcz there are other cheaper ones until i bought them, and I am so glad I did. The packaging just feels very luxury and these sheets are out of the world! i feel I haven't had such a great sleep for ages. I literally slept till noon the first night I put them on. They are soft and light, feel like sleeping on a cloud. It is a miracle! Now I can not imagine switching back to the heavy cotton sheets. These sheets are for sure on a par with the big popular brands like parachute and boll&branch, but they are way cheaper in price. I am very satisfied with the sheets.

Super luxe quality
These are REALLY nice linen sheets !!! I've washed them several times now and they are holding up beautifully and are SO wonderful to sleep on. I have previously bought linen sheets from Restoration Hardware and these are far better quality. The weave of the linen is tight and the weight of the fabric is very substantial. Just be careful and note that there are options to buy with and without a top sheet included in the set. I initially ordered a set without a top sheet by mistake but their wonderful customer service team quickly helped me to correct my order.

good but flat sheet seems to be the wrong size
These are pretty good sheets. They're soft and comfortable, but they don't breathe as nicely as other linen sheets I've slept in. The flat sheet also seems to be about 1 ft wider than my comforter, so either they accidentally sent me a queen flat sheet in my set or they're just too big in general. I don't like seeing the flat sheet hanging past the comforter on all sides.

Luxurious!
These have totally changed our sleeping experience. I've never spent more than $50 on any bedding set and it's clear that you get what you pay for. These feel so luxurious to sleep on, the fabric is heavy, durable and satisfying to handle. I usually get overheated at night and I feel like these help me maintain a comfortable temperature. 10/10 would recommend!
