Cheese is weird
I'm sorry to give this a bad review. I had hoped that these would be as tasty as another brand's that I got fresh from Whole Foods. Alas, they were really not the same at all. The pepper portion is tasty enough, but the cheese... it's akin to sawdust... in texture, and I can only assume flavor, too. There's just no zing. Cutting the peppers into pieces and drenching them in balsamic vinegar makes them palatable, but then I thought, "Why am I trying so hard to eat cheese?" It's supposed to be a naughty indulgence that's worth it, not something to try to choke down. Unfortunate.
