Noticeably thinner than standard canvases but sturdy enough when folded, these are a great idea, especially for kids. My students take a sheet and paint on them all the ways to the edges and then have a lot of fun folding them into a "real" thick presentation piece after they've dried. These tend to feel a little bit slicker than normal canvas surfaces but they take acrylic paint well and the results look much better than expected. I've varnished a few of them to add a final touch and my students are rightly proud of their creations. A good idea to add a little variety in displaying art and kids' projects. I will definitely be ordering more of these for my next art semester.

I am an intermediate quarantine painter (not professional at all, just started this year, but have gotten pretty into it).I purchased this product to use for studying, trying new techniques, and to help myself overcome the fear of ruining a real canvas. I thought this would be a step up from my strathmore acrylic canvas paper. IT IS NOT.The idea is cute. I should have read the reviews- this is absolutely a cute thing for kids. NOT FOR ARTISTS who value quality supplies.It warps as soon as you even gesso the paper- don't even try to cover the canvas with heavy body acrylics.I wish they made a professional grade version of this that was thicker and had more of a canvas texture. This is effectively just cardboard, not much different from poster board.

I'm sure I'll eventually use these guys for something, but just be aware they are pretty lightweight. More than I hoped for, rendering them useless for my project. Not saying they won't work for some other project, but I don't know what that might be! Lol! But in an art studio you usually can dream up something that an oddball bit of supplies will be perfect for!

Works great - nice thick paper, the paint does not bleed thru. Sturdy enough to hang your “canvas” on the wall! Flat design makes this pack of canvases very portable.

The size is just nice for kids, it’s about the size of a small picture frame. It’s easy to put together and you can just hang it up right after!

The paper is good quality, however caution when folding.

It is normal high quality paper....doesn’t look anything special for acrylic painting ...the size is small after folding(smaller than my expectation) ...11*14” is the unfolded size..would say it is ok if you are just trying painting but not for any nice finished works ..

Easy to use. Space saving as they are flat to start with. Excellent product for all artists A++

Para el precio el artículo es bueno. El papel no es el ideal para pintar con acrílico ya que en mi experiencia sentí que la pintura no rinde bien. Hay que usar un preparador para tapar un poco el poro del papel.
